Dr Byron and his team are fantastic. I highly recommend. I feel comfortable , relaxed and safe in his care care. Dr Byron has good attention to detail and his ability to explain his care and philosophy in laymans terms is fantastic. Platinum Chiropractic have a great philosophy and use of great technology to support the care plan. Thank you to all the beautiful staff at Platinum Chiropractic.

I could not recommend Platinum Chiropractic any higher. The excellent level of care, attention to all aspects of client's lives, combined with friendly faces, all contribute to making the experience here outstanding. Initially I went to rehab an ongoing lower back injury. However now I prioritise weekly maintenance appointments as I have never felt better or more mobile! 10/10!

I have been seeing Dr. Carmen for several years now (even before she joined Platinum Chiropractic) and cannot recommend her enough! She has helped me deal with various body stresses and has been instrumental to my day-to-day well being. Such a lovely team (reception through to Chiro's) who are super efficient and attentive. This is one of the only places to offer special scans etc. on site (e.g. structural spine analysis) so that you can actually see and monitor your progress, complete with graphs and progress reports. I found this particularly beneficial with a non-pain specific goal. Highly recommend!

I’ve been receiving adjustments from Byron for several years now with great results. Byron is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. I have been seeing Dr Byron and the team on the recommendation of some of his other satisfied clients. I was feeling quite low due to lower back pain issues, and was lacking in enthusiasm at the gym. After being sent for x-rays I was given a very thorough overview of his treatment plan, and what to expect over the coming months. Suffice to say, my sleeping has improved, I can now leap out of bed in the morning and my general well being has improved. Plus I am certainly more mobile/flexible at the gym. Dr Byron and the team are very professional and have a structured approach to your recovery and general health. Ivy (reception) is also very accommodating with appointment changes and is a ray of sunshine when you arrive for your appointment. Give them a try. You will almost immediately feel the benefits of their approach to your care.

My partner and I have been seeing Byron now for a couple of weeks. We both entered half broken/ full of pain and next to no energy. Byron and his team are highly professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciate the knowledge and information that gets passed on to the clients, this truely helps you understand your body and how it functions. The progress has been great and we both have never felt so good about ourselves. I could not recommend byron and his team enough, we will be seeing you for a lifetime. Dr Byron is incredibly professional and provides a great environment/practice and delivers exceptional results. I have been going to his chiropractic practice for many years and have been a big advocate, encouraging family and friends to go and get assessed and then adjusted. All very happy with the results. Ivy at reception is incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating, ensuring I am booked in at times that work for me and also reminds me ahead of appointments. I have been seeing Dr Byron for treatment on my lower back. The results of treatment have been outstanding. I find Dr Byron's approach warm, inclusive and professional. He explains what he is doing and gives clear concise direction. My pain is now resolved and I will continue to receive regular treatment as part of self care and maintaining my health. Dr Byron is thorough - when I initially started with Platinum Chiropractic two years ago he went through x-rays, assessments and came up with a plan for treatment. He is always upfront, honest and makes sure I know the cost involved. When I go in for appointments he is positive and encouraging around health & wellbeing. I first visited Dr Byron for neck/shoulder pain and some lower back discomfort induced by exercise. I have to admit I was anti any treatment like this initially but was desperate so gave it a go. My body functionality and mobility is the best it has ever been and I am pain free. I continue to visit monthly for my general health and well being and recommend Dr Byron highly. The clinic staff/receptionist is so friendly and it really is like visiting family each month. I challenge more people to educate themselves on why chiropractic treatment is good for us.

I first visited Dr Byron a couple of years ago with lower back issues caused by long distance running. He was able to quickly resolve my issues and with regular care have been pain free since. I was so impressed by the improvement my whole family are now regular visitors.

I first started seeing Dr Byron just before Xmas last year, was abit sceptical as I had been to see physios, Osteos and other chiros in the past with not much outcome. My second visit at Platinum Chiropractic Dr Byron went over my X-ray films with me and discovered i actually have a lower back fracture!! Finally I got some answers as to why my longer back hurts! I still go for my maintenance care at Platinum Chiropractic but I am able to do a lot of the things I cannot do before. Highly recommend!!!!!

Like breathing fresh air for the very first time - What a difference an adjustment makes! I cannot endorse Botany Chiropractic Centre more highly. Hazel and Jade, at the front desk, are patient and sweet and set the tone for a warm, friendly, professional environment. Dr. Byron is also very warm, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable in his role. Lower back pain brought me into the clinic and I am very pleased to say that I have gained relief in many areas of my body (some that I didn't even know existed) - not just in my lower back. I was skeptical about chiro until I've actually tried it. I used to have that niggling pain in the lower back especially while driving home from work. One alignment and it disappeared. I noticed too that I can fall asleep easily and quickly at night (no tossing and turning!), waking up feeling fully recharged. Dr. Byron takes time to explain things upfront so it gives you enough information before deciding whether or not to sign up. Jade/Ivy at the front desk are very helpful and friendly (very uncommon nowadays!). Wouldn't hurt if you give them a visit and then decide.

Have only been going for a few months, but it feels like it's been years. First couple times I was a bit hesitant about if back clicking works. I KID YOU NOT, it HELLA works. Arthritis stays down to a minimum, but only and if only you keep up each week. Other than that, what little time I've spent has now felt like it's seeing family that I get to touch base with. You guys always make me feel at ease and always look forward to my session. Thanks for the continuous results. Was a skeptic, but now a big believer.
