Dr Kudzai is the best hands down! She is very professional and provides an AMAZING service. The treatment I have received from her has definitely me and my injuries. If your looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr Kudzai! Trust me you won't be disappointed.

I had some terrible back pain and a slight fear for chiropractic relief. However Dr Kudzai made this process so painless and provided great information each session. A true professional who shows genuine care for whoever is on the bench! Highly recommend visiting her if experiencing back pain.

I have had various chiropractors for the past 20 years and I have to say that I love the time that Kudzai takes to understand my concerns. She is professional and passionate. She really takes the time to go above and beyond with her clients. She addresses all my concerns and questions with compassion, kindness and genuine curiosity. Elias Wellness Centre is truly the best place to go to get quality service and the best care possible no matter what you are suffering from. Whether it be headaches/migraines, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, sciatica (that is some of what I see Doctor Kudzai for) and so so much more, she has it covered. At Elias Wellness Centre your total well being is cared for. You receive a well tailored individual treatment plan to help prevent ongoing pain and discomfort. A variety of different effective techniques are used during your treatments. You leave feeling like a new person. So therefore I highly recommend going to this wonderful place and getting your body tended too so it can be in its optimal health condition.

I had a lovely session with Kudzai. I came there a little nervous as this was my 1st visit of Chiro, but her warming and welcoming energy made me feel safe and I was able to completly relax. She answered all my questions, and I could see she has a lot of knowledge and experience which made me feel that I'm in safe hands. I feel mich better after a single appointment and looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend her to anyone without a doubt. I'm glad I choose her. Thank you Kudzai!

I have had a very questionable back for years and thought I would just have to deal with a few weeks of pain every time it flairs up. well, not any more. Every time my back has an episode I immediately book and appointment and my back gets so much better much quicker. I feel I am in safe and knowledgeable hands, and my back is so much better.

Awesome treatment from Kudzai. Helped me so much with my back issues. Would totally recommend her treatment. I have lower back issues and her treatment helps me to keep working. Because of her help I've able to carry on working and earning. She's lovely person and always happy and positive.

The treatment I have received is great! Since seeing Kudzai my posture is so much better, headaches have stopped, allergies have not been a problem, less neck/shoulder pain and I have been jogging on the treadmill at the gym because my lower back is not in pain. She uses the whole time to treat you, its not a 5min adjustment and that's it. Well worth it whether youre on ACC or not. Thank you Kudzai 😁

Kudzai has created a calming and relaxing environment for her clients. She is an amazing practitioner. Kudzai provides such a great service that I am happy to travel from Henderson to Mt Eden every 4-6 weeks. She is a fabulous listener and I highly recommend her.

Kudzai treated me while being pregnant and post birth. She knows where you are sore before you know it and how each part of the body is connected to each other it’s amazing. Always leave feeling better, lighter and have been much more mobile ever since.

I have been going for the last 3 months. Ever since my treatments began, I have noticed a great reduction in pain in my lower back to the point that I didn’t even notice until I was asked how the pain was and then realised I haven’t had it for a while now.
