Shelley is fabulous. I went to her a year ago to see if chiropractic care would help ease tightness in my neck and have been coming for regular check-ins since. I have no doubt the adjustments, while mild, allow my body and mind to function optimally.

Dr Shelley Smith has been my chiropractor for the last 4 years. I have always used a chiropractor for my back/neck issues and Shelley has proved to be exceptional. She takes a holistic approach to health and listens carefully to the issues impacting on my wellness. On my first visit, Shelley organised X-rays to explore my skeletal issues and has provided treatment that enables me to be as pain free as possible, so I can enjoy my exercise. She carefully explains what is causing pain and how the treatment chosen will work. I have found Shelley professional, empathetic and a gentle and skilled practitioner. I highly recommend Dr Shelley Smith.

Shelley has been working on me for a few weeks now and I am noticing a huge change in my pain levels and flexibility. Shelley is absolutely fantastic to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone. I started going to her to see if she could treat my chronic headaches and migraines. Having never seen a chiropractor before, Shelley listened to my concerns and problem areas, and she explained the process of what she was doing during each treatment. A refreshing experience. We found Chiropractor Ellerslie - Dr Shelley online and her reviews prompted us to make an appointment straight away. After been in a head on car accident - we required abit of adjustment to our shoulders n back and Dr Shelley's method as well as her patience to explain her procedures were a welcomed relief. 4 weeks on after twice weekly checkups we are feeling like new again. :) Thanks Doc!

Shelley is an amazing chiropractor, very friendly and easily explains the reasons of the pain, what causes it and how it can be fixed. She helped me with my locked up back. On top of that with her holistic approach she helped me to get rid of decades long pain in my lower back. In all those years I tried many things but nothing helped until now. She also helped me to lowered my anxieties from stress to minimum, my body deals with stress much better now and she also minimized the amount of migraines I am getting. I could feel the difference straight away after the first session and within a month I felt like a new person. Definitely recommend her treatment as she made a miracles with me!!

I have been seeing Shelly for about a year now and Im so thankful to her for straighten me out, excuse the pun. I have a bump at the top of my spine at the neck due to a significant curve of the spine due to bad posture, and over this past year Shelly has been working on me. Shelly is a warm, thorough effective practitioner of Chiropractic. I have been raised on varying styles of Chiro and raised our children on Shelly's style which is preferable as it is not jarring. She has a broad health perspective and interacts really effectively with my teens as well as my own knowledge requirements. I enthusiastically recommend Shelly to colleagues and friends.
