P. J.While I was living in Auckland I did a series of chiropractic sessions with Gareth for neck & spinal care. The results I received overall were incredible. My whole body & brain functioned much more effectively. I slept better. I performed better with exercise and weight training & I ate better nutrition because of how good I was feeling.
