Simon and the team have ALWAYS made me feel like they are putting my health and wellbeing first. At 34 a MD told me my body was like a 34 year old car and I should expect it not to be working like it used to. Then I visited Simon and started getting regular adjustments, at 53 I'm not an old car and can keep up with my 17 years old son. I cant recommend Chiropractic care enough and in particular Simon and the team at Mt Eden Chiropractic

For many years I visited other means for my reoccurring lower back pain , their remedy was to relief rather than repair. Simon and Hayes got me on a 12 weeks repair programme and now I visit for regular maintenance. Both are inspiring and knowledgeable. Also the front of house team is super friendly and very helpful.

I was impressed by the professionalism that exuded throughout the company from entry to completion of my appointment. My Health is my Wealth. I am 55 yrs old. I feel as if I have gone back in time to being 30 years of age what an amazing difference in a short amount of time. I am currently in training for Worlds in Wakaama 2022 which will be in England, the selection of teams will be next month so I look forward to this goal coming to fruition. I think Mt Eden Chiropractic is one of the best clinics around Auckland for chiropractic care. An extremely well-run clinic that is professional, warm, and welcoming on all fronts. The Kelly brothers as Chiropractors are really wonderful doctors and are extremely diligent and methodical in their care. I have learned a lot about chiropractic care since joining this clinic; it is something that anyone interested in a holistic view of their health should consider.

I have been seeing Hayes Woodman on a very regular basis for over 1.5 years now. I wasn’t able to walk properly when I first crawled into the practice. My spine issues took over my whole life. Hayes helped me with intense treatments, guidance, sympathy and some great motivational speeches. He’s seen me at my worst and helped me get through it. Most places you visit you feel like a number, but here they take the time to learn your name and get to know you. As head coach of Parnell Cricket Club I cannot reccomend Mt Eden Chiropractic highly enough. Our premier men`s team have been using Simon and his team twice a week throughout the season and their work has enabled the lads to stay fit, strong, on the park and to perform to the best of their ability throughout the season. This work has culminated in us winning the Auckland one-day Championship last weekend with a full strength team on the field - which is unusual at the end of the season when injuries etc normally begin to build up. I am convinced that the work done by the team at Mt Eden Chiropractic has been a huge factor in our success. As a club we will continue to encourage our players to use them moving forward and I would strongly suggest that any athlete/team wishing to improve their performance uses these guys if they wish to perform to the best of their ability. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! Simon and his team are absolutely phenomenal. The receptionists are warm and welcoming and by your second visit know you by name. The entire practice makes an effort to really know you as an individual. They are super thorough, and truly cater to exactly what you need. I have never felt better and this has really helped me in my everyday life and my sport.
