L.I was recommended by my midwife to see Karen as she had experience with pregnant women. I had suffered sciatica for two months and after seeing Karen for the first time she adjusted me and that pain was immediately eased! What I love about Nandish Chiropractic is that everyone is so welcoming the moment you step into the clinic. Karen is passionate in what she does and loves educating her clients. Although I live out in West Auckland I always look forward to my appointments to receive quality care and service from her team. Highly recommend Nandish Chiropractic!!!!!!

A.Dr. Karen has taken care of my baby and I for a few months now and I am so glad I was referred to her practice! My baby had issues post a tongue and lip tie release as well as postural issues due to his forceps delivery. Without her expert knowledge we might have assumed we just had a cranky baby with sleeping difficulties. However, after just one adjustment with Karen, my baby slept through his naps calmly, was a more settled baby and wasn't so restless over his night sleeps. Over a few sessions we worked on many things and the improvements have been noticeable. My Chiropractic journey is just beginning with Karen and already my body feels more at ease. I also have a more in depth understanding of how my body can function better with Karen's detailed and thorough explanation of the goals of her treatment. Chiropractic care is essential to our wellness not simply as a reaction to injury. I would highly recommend Nandish Chiropractic if you are able to access it!

A.3 years ago, I went to see Karen with so much pain in my lower back. She was friendly and gentle with me and helped me understand the cause of my pain. I have suffered from hemiplegic migraines and numbness in my hands and legs for a few years now. After being referred for an X-ray by Dr Karen and having a treatment plan put in place for regular adjustments three times a week initially, I can say my symptoms have considerably reduced in four months and my spine is a lot healthier than before. I now only see Dr Karen twice a week. I’m sleeping better and the frequency of my migraines has reduced. She is extremely experienced and goes completely out of her way to ensure I am comfortable and treated well. I would recommend Nandish Chiropractic in a heartbeat!! A.I have been going to Nandish Chiropractic for over a year. Before going there I had tried several chiropractors in East Auckland and sort of lost hope I would find somewhere great. I am so glad I tried Nandish. They have been amazing and I would never go anywhere else. The place is relaxing and all the chiropractors are friendly. The online booking system is super easy to use. I see Amy who is lovely and she is very gentle, however I have seen all the chiropractors there and they are all great. I have gone from going three times a week to now only once a month and I am so stoked with the result ❤️ also love the scented candles!
O.I have been to chiropractors before and benefited from adjustments, however here they focus extensively on the prevention of pain and breaking the reoccurring cycle. In the beginning, Karen assessed my body alignment with full X-rays. She explained the outcome of my results in relation to what my alignment should be. A lot of which explained for many of my pain issues that I hadn't made connections to prior. I have just completed my first 6 weeks with Karen and the progress is amazing.
The whole team at Nandish are super lovely and great at accommodating to your needs.
For whatever you are experiencing I highly recommend having a consultation, even just out of interest, you might be very surprised.
S.Highly recommend Nandish Chiropractic as everyone is always welcoming, positive and willing to help. Dr Greg is a skilled professional who was open to offering his services to helping my dog recover from a severe spinal injury that left him paralysed from the waist down. Veterinary services had recommended putting him down as we could not afford $14000 for his surgery and that it was near impossible for him to recover naturally. However Dr Greg and his team did a wonderful job caring for my dog and treating him with skill and knowledge, and he is now very very near fully recovered in a matter of months. He is walking, running, jumping, digging and is able to control his bowel movements at will (which he was unable to do before starting chiropractic sessions). Booking times are easy and flexible and they were able to book in times for us on short notice multiple times. If anyone has a similar case with pets suffering misalignment injuries, I highly suggest you give Dr Greg and his team a call. Nandish Chiropractic was our last resort before making a difficult decision and I am ever so grateful they were willing to help us out and that we gave chiropractic sessions a chance.

T.I sustained back injury while I was on holiday. Not an avid fan of taking pain relief, I decided to try chiropractic treatment. Being my first time to try such treatment, I was afraid that something might go wrong along the way. I was anxious. After having my x-rays done and had my consultation with Dr. Karen, my anxiety was relieved. Karen's gentle nature and professionalism relieves the anxiety and fear. Getting the adjustments done relieves the pain and a whole lot more. I used to have sleeping problems and occasional migraine attacks. While having my regular treatment, I noticed that my sleeping pattern's regular now.And I cannot remember the last time I had migraine attack. Thus there is definitely no turning back now. r.Chiropractor care throughout my pregnancy has been nothing short of essential. I have several friends and colleagues also pregnant and have encouraged them to seek regular care as I feel balanced and prepared for childbirth, while those that have not had body work done have talked of aches and pains, poor fetal positioning, and more. As an result of seeking her help I am able walk a straight line without falling over or bumping into doors and walls etc...my progress has been gradual and even my husband has notice a considerable difference. S.Greatly reduced the pain in my neck and shoulders (pains of an office worker). My chiroproactor (Dr Amy) is also very professional and doesn't adjust suddenly and hard, and does some muscle relaxation which were really comforting for a new patient like myself. i recommend here if you are thinking of going to a chiropractor

M.I suffered from horrible muscle spasms along my erector spinae for months. On my first visit with Amy, she did an assessment and X rays. On my second visit after my first adjustment I was 90% better. It was such a relief! Ive has to correct some work-related posture problems, but Nandish Chiro was essential in helping me get over the hump. I feel very grateful to have found them.
