Highly recommended, I injured my arms and shoulders during training and after a 12week recovery program by Dr Simms, I can confirm that I am back to training and feeling strong as I was before. Strongly recommend giving them a go if you are a first timer like me or looking for alternatives to Physio. Staff are also super friendly and always willing to help.

Patrick is gifted with an exceptional talent to heal. The environment in the clinic is warm and the entire team is so thoughtful and caring . From walking with an aid to walking with no support and a smile, is the difference they have brought into my life. Prior to meeting Dr Benson, I had never been to a Chiropractor as honestly I was nervous about the whole process. I have back and neck issues which I have had for such a long time and have lived with 2 chronic illnesses which often gives me lots of pain for over 20 years. But since coming to Benson over a month ago, I am finally feeling like I am in control of my body again, although not perfect right now, my body is improving and reduced need for painkillers. Benson is an amazing Chiropractor, I come in for my adjustments in pain and discomfort and I walk out feeling amazing. I actually wish I started seeing a Chiropractor years ago. I have been going to see Dr Aimee Sims for over 6 weeks now, she is always warm and welcoming and knows exactly where i need my adjustments without me saying anything! My experience has been nothing but exemplary in every respect. In combination with DR Cherye Roche’s (Gait Doctor) first class orthodox solution, my chiropractic treatment has revolutionised my life. Previously I couldn’t sit in a chair longer than 30 mins; I had chronic back spasms effecting my ability to walk. 12 months later & I’m still fit, walking 5-10km a day & I’m the most relaxed I’ve been. These guys are amazing. I had really bad posture and lots of headaches and now I have no more headaches and I have "grown" 2 cm in height because my back is no longer hunched. I also hurt my back sometime last year and Dr Fong treated me straight away, since starting regular sessions with him I have not complained again about that injury up to this day. A couple of years ago on Boxing Day I was in extreme pain & unable to stand up straight & let alone⁰ walk. Patrick opened up the clinic especially to treat me over the holiday period. I first met Patrick and the team at New Lynn Chiropractic when I woke up in pain, unable to move a few days after New Years. I took a chance on the only chiropractic practice open, it turned out to be the best choice I have made for my body in ages. Patrick has a fantastic way of keeping me informed about what he is doing and why, which has made me more mindful in taking ownership of my own recovery. He is thorough and thoughtful and a wizard at adjustments! As someone who works in the fitness industry I have found it incredibly useful to have another professional to refer clients to who I feel confident will take the greatest care with them. From the moment you walk in the door your well looked after. Alex the receptionist is great and goes out of her way to organise appointments that suit and has fitted me in numerous times in a last minute circumstance. Patrick the chiropractor is amazing as there is no mucking around, appointments are fast and unbelievably efficient. Came here on the recommendation of a friend to treat back issues I kept putting off. My only regret is that I didn't come sooner. Dr. Fong explained the issue clearly & right course of action that needed to be taken. Almost one year on - I feel taller, sleep better and am much stronger all-round.
