Highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with a concussion. I can't remember how long I've seeing Gary - probably about 6 years. His holistic view to life and care of myself and my family has been fantastic. Alaina and her staff are amazing! I spend a lot of my time sat at a desk and like most people I tend to slouch. this means a get a lot of problems with my back and shoulders. But routine visits to Alaina corrects my wrong doings and an acupuncture with massage session by Tyrone or Sejal relaxes all my tight muscles and makes me feel wonderful! I have recommended their services to several of my friends and everyone have been very impressed. Even my father in law who lives in the UK will visit total body chiropractic during his annual visits!

Having never been under Chiropractic care in the past I was a bit uncertain that this would be the right treatment for me. I had suffered with terrible headaches for years and a "crunchy" neck. Alaina talked through the issues I had and made me fel completely at ease. I was lead to believe that a chirporator spent a couple of minutes with you and clicked everything in place and was often painful. This experience however was completely different. Heat packs were used to relax tight muscles and my spine was stretched out using an adjustable table. The adjustments were made with the help of a drop table, so there was no forceful movements. I have been seeing Alaina for a year now and the adjustments she has done have helped, particularly when I was in a moonboot for 10 weeks. Alaina finally talked me into having acupuncture, and I have never looked back. Not only has it helped with relaxing muscles and making the chiropractic sessions even more beneficial, but difficulties with sleep have subsided. I fully recommend Alaina and her friendly team.
