P.Where do I begin….?
I am 23 and have been to several chiropractors over the years for my previous skiing injuries and several other factors. It’s not till I met Dr. Wendy Russell that my health and well-being changed. She’s been an amazing chiropractor and someone that I look forward to seeing on a weekly basis. She is thorough in her work and always loves a good challenge. She is the kind of person that will take that extra step out of her way to make sure that you are 100% on your road to better health and living.
Would HIGHLY recommend VIP Health to anyone I meet, and I have actually…. So take it from me, someone who almost lost hope in chiropractic care, that these guys know their stuff!!

C.Dr Lal is great he has been extremely flexible with my appointments, he has gone above and beyond to make sure he can fit me in at the sporadic times I have been available. His treatments and adjustments have helped a lot with my original injury and chronic issues. If he hadn't been so flexible with me I wouldn't have continued as long as I have.
J.I started seeing Dr Wendy Russell late 2019 following an operation on my knee for a meniscal tear. I was having problems with ongoing pain and swelling. Treatment from Wendy has improved the movement and flexibility of the knee. I now see Wendy on a monthly basis for general 'maintenance'. I would highly recommend her.
