After spending the last 2 months seeing Dr Sophie Pepperell, her amazing work has shown outstanding results. Her experienced knowledge and understanding of what is required has been the added benefit of seeing more than expected results. Walking away each week noticing more and more of a difference is so many aspects if defiantly why I am so glad I made the choice to visit the team at WYLD.

I initially booked a appointment and WYLD Chiropractic to address my lower back pain and after a few sessions with Ashman, it completely cleared up. She created a very detailed custom plan for me to fully correct my spine and have it functioning optimally - this takes time but I'm committed to sticking with it to prevent future injuries. The staff are welcoming and professional and Ashman is so friendly and knowledgeable - she genuinely cares and is invested in your progress. Would recommend!

I was 5 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. Fair enough my fault I was late but completely cancelling my appointment? Seems a bit harsh for someone who already travelled to their place and tried to make an appointment work. I wasted gas and time. I am sorry I was 5 minutes late. I am sorry I was working late night. Thank you for cancelling my appointment because I was 5 minutes late. I am sorry that I was going to push all your other appointments by 10 minutes or so. I wouldn't have mind having a shorter session but hey, I guess cancelling it is better. Have some sympathy. Update: The personal response and apology from the owner regarding the issue itself was heartwarming and genuine.

Love this Chiropractic and wellness clinic. I went initially for my neck pain and headaches, and after a few treatments i had dramatic relief. Thanks to the chiropractic adjustment and deep tissue massage

When I approached Wyld for treatment I had no idea what to expect having never had chiropractic care before, however it was evident from the moment I entered the clinic that the standards were high already. Not only is the mood set to relax with modern decor, plants in abundance and smooth music, but the reception team are alway glowing, warm and welcoming. The professional and chill tone is consistent with Nina’s practice also, her treatments are always affective and handled with care, she is very informative with her analysis and also with the treatment she applies. I have also received a massage from Sophie who matched Nina’s professionalism and calm approach. Have been under the care of Dr Nina for nearly 2 months, and I can subjectively + objectively say my health has been for the better; stronger and increased range of movement at the gym, deeper sleep, and generally more composed while under stress. Nina goes through the treatment plan with you, the number of sessions, and gives you a simple rationale for the treatment. The care doesn’t stop after the sessions though as there is a client-exclusive website for use with stretches, tips, and tricks while at home to ensure you’re meeting the health milestones Nina has set for you. Also would like a shoutout for Mike (massage therapist) who has helped augment my chiropractic care - I always end up feeling rested and having better sleep after. Take the leap of faith and see the team!

I enjoyed my first WYLD sports massage recently, and Carmen rocked! It was a 30 minute massage and just right in terms of time--and pressure! Carmen's keen knowledge of musculature helped me to better understand why I was getting the pains that brought me in. And somehow her fingers always landed right on the spots that needed the most work. I can't wait for my next massage!

I started seeing Nina in January having had chronic high hamstring pain for 4 years. Had seen multiple physios, had MRI scans, Xrays etc. which resulted in nothing helping or diagnosing the source of the problem. After an examination, Nina clearly explained why and how the pain was occurring and what the process with her would be like. It was the first time someone told me they would be able to fix the issue. After just a few sessions I had huge relief in everyday pain. Her long term plan was clearly explained and she always listens attentively to my questions and answers in detail.

Doctor Nina is soo gentle and explains everything in detail. It was very refreshing to understand my findings and how much everything is connected within our bodies. My original problem was lower back pain due to a slipped disc, but now not only am I moving and feeling better but I have way more energy.!
