A.Having suffered for over 10 years from a neck injury and trying almost everything bar surgery, I decided to give Christchurch Wellness Centre a go just before Christmas. Mary and Chad have been outstanding! Right from the first appointment and consultation, Mary made me a promise that they will get me better. That promise has been fulfilled. After 12 weeks of treatment, the numbness down my left arm has almost completely disappeared. My posture has improved massively and I am well on my way to a pain free life which I thought I may never experience again. A special mention to Beth at reception too, who always makes you feel welcome and has a smile. Cheers guys, appreciate your time and effort into making me right again!
B.Mary is an outstanding and professional chiropractor. She has been able to adjust my back with real success whilst making the appointments feel personal rather than an in and out in 2 minutes adjustment. She is one of the only chiropractors to adjust my neck without making me wince. Highly recommend, the centre is light and bright with a very welcoming front desk and practitioners. :-)

Dr Mary helped me get back to working order in no time at all. My health is alot better and improving with every visit. Such a huge improvement from being fatigue no motivation sleepless nights and loss of mobility.

B.After child number two, my lower back was suffering. For over 7 years, the pain ranged from dull aches to being immobile from certain physical activities. My ability to being active and fun with my family was suffering. My GP would suggest... daily medication, stretching, exercises, lose weight etc. These were temporary solutions and at times counter active for me. Dr Mary Patterson and her friendly team at the Christchurch Wellness Centre was my solution. Through series of regular adjustments, my back is feeling so much better! I am able to be more active in things that would have crippled me in the past. My family has definitely noticed a huge difference. I'm super greatful and now a huge advocate for chiropractic therapy. Christchurch Wellness Centre is a gateway to future possibilities.
S.My partner and I went to Mary after he had some bad back pain and I had some lower back and neck pain. In the first appointment she examined us completely and explained everything very well. She takes time for her patients and is an energetic and lovely person. The adjustments were great and helped us very much. Even after the first adjustment we both felt relieved from pain. She also gives you tips and stretching exercise how you can help to prevent or easy the pain. She has a great work ethic and we felt well taken care of. We highly recommend going to her!
d.I've been a customer of Mary and her team for around two years now. My first visit highlighted the areas that required work, a programme was set out to improve my neck and back. Over the next twelve months my neck and back sensations reduced dramatically and the strength of my back improved.
I used to feel my back tightening up after 20 minutes work in the garden or when helping out on my in-laws farm I'd need to stretch my back or lay down to allow my back to rest. Today, I removed a tree and stump without experiencing any pain, discomfort or need to stretch my back out. Helping out on the farm is pain free now and it's all thanks to the team at Christchurch Wellness.

J.Mary and her team are spectacular. I stupidly put up with a bad neck for 3 weeks thinking it would get better and the pain and movement eventually got worse and pain migrated to my back limiting my movements. After 1 visit with Mary my neck was back to normal and after a few more sessions my back came back in line. Extremely recommended if you are looking for a Chiropractor in Canterbury, 5 stars isn't enough.
M.I had spinal surgery in May, 2019. Since the Covid19 outbreak, I have not been able to get any chiropractic work done, for pain relief. My pain was building up to a point, I was becoming stiff.
ACC helped track down a Chiropractor and Dr Mary Patterson came to my rescue.
Classed as essential work, Dr Mary saw me at her clinic for nearly 2hours, with all the Covid19 precautions in place, sanitiser, gloves etc.
She also recognized the tough time we are all in and allowed me to pay 2 thirds of the bill on the day, I actually owe her another $20 for that, to which I shall get around to ASAP.
I was put through an introduction video, Dr Mary also had copies of my MRI scans/XRAYS etc, her expertise was awesome, she taught me how to do some "Home" work in regards to pain, and im forever grateful..
I have now found my fulltime chiropractor, I'm so happy I've sent my personal friends her way!..

S.I'm a full time mother and a full time student. A few months ago I was hardly able to walk because of my bad knee, but since getting treatment here my knee feels so much better. The staff are friendly and lovely. Would highly recommend.
