I am so grateful to the person who recommended Doctor Steve Swain to me. Steve has helped me immensely in so many ways, using the most gentle and appropriate techniques, with regular reviews to ensure progress is on track. My family has been so impressed with my improvement that now my husband and son are seeing Steve, with amazing and rapid improvements for themselves. I definitely recommend Steve to anyone and everyone who has an interest in wellness and especially those who are experiencing any sort of pain, no matter if it's emotional or physical, acute from injury or chronic from illness. Blue Sky Chiropractic is not just for backs, it's for the whole You.

Steve has been helping us for over a year now. At first I brought my young daughter to him because I hoped that he could help her flat feet. With Steve's gentle help and orthotic insoles her feet are getting better and better. Steve says that he can help her muscles relax and communicate more closely with her brain and I really think it helps. I was quite worried about my daughter before but now it seems that her feet are only slightly flat and over time will take a normal shape with no need for any traumatic intervention. A couple of months ago I hurt my neck. It was very painful but as I was already familiar with Steve's mad skills I went straight to him and he was able to sort my neck out and it was quickly back to normal. While he was checking out my neck he picked up a few sore areas in my back which I was putting up with but he thought he could ease. I'm quite surprised to say that now my whole body is much stronger, from the tips of my fingers that were numb from RSI all through my arms and legs. I find I am now comfortable lifting heavy weights around 100kg and turning my head right around when I am reversing the tractor- strength and flexibility that I thought I had lost. Steve is really a specialist and I think many people would be well advised to call on him. He is very gentle and able to turn his knowledge into real results. Thanks Steve

My five month old baby boy and I went to see Steve as I have a sore back and my son has a tendency to lean his head to one side. Steve has been amazing, he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all procedures. My son and I felt instantly better after seeing him. I started seeing Steve late last year after injuring my back. After doing some tests, it turned out I had a bulging disc and some wear and tear on another. The pain was so bad that I was unable to work. Through Steve’s chiropractic adjustments I started to feel a lot better. It was was such a relief! I have been a client at Blue Sky Chiropractic for several months now. I initially visited Dr Steve Swain to get some relief from a shoulder injury which had plagued me for 2 years, this injury is now 99% pain free which is fantastic, but the biggest bonus has actually been to finally get some relief from 40 years of debilitating migraine headaches. I had gotten to the stage where nothing previous had helped (apart from taking copious amounts of medication) and had all but given up on ever finding relief, I still get the occasional migraine, but the severity has decreased immensely. I am so grateful to Steve for his work....thank you very much. I am extremely happy with Steve and Blue Sky Chiropractic Following an accident just prior to level 4 Lockdown, I was only able to visit for treatment once. Thereafter during Lockdown Steve communicated with me via text to check on me and offer suggestions until I was able to visit him. After suffering a rotator cuff injury, I had been to a couple of different treatment providers and I had got to a stage where it felt better after a treatment, however soon after, the pain would return and I had to be really careful not to aggravate during each gymn session. I was referred to Steve via a friend, so I thought why not, I have nothing to lose. By the second session I had with Steve, I was sleeping through the night (something I hadn't done for around 6 months), and I was pain free. I have just completed 12 sessions, and am able to do body weight exercises and lift some light weights. I am over the moon!! So, if you want to feel as great as I do, whether it is due to an injury or just need an overall boost, Steve is your man :)

My husband and children have been under Doctor Steve's care since he has opened his practice in Hamilton and we have found him extremely gentle, caring and helpful. For over 10 years I have received amazing chiropractic care and treatment from Steve for a number of lower back and neck issues and also for a variety of sporting injuries. His holistic approach and use of the gentle Koren specific technique (KST) when required has always suited my needs. I was told about Steve from another health professional and what a shot of luck that was. Steve has sorted out some very old back issues, worked on some others that have been identified and put together a maintenance plan going forward, including some very light stretching that has netted huge benefits to me. I cannot explain how much Steve has helped me. I have quite a few health problems. Including chronic pain. Daily and sometimes twice daily migraines. I have managed to come off my medication and have a lot less pain since seeing Steve. I have also have had only 1 migraine in a while. I have seen chiropractors before and a lot of other different people. However, I have never had this much of a difference. Thanks so much Steve.

I was most impressed by the treatment that my husband received, after a work-related back injury. Steve was thorough and compassionate. My husband could not even walk into his office due to pain, but after a treatment with Steve he was able to stand upright and walk .
