After years of back/hip pain and uncomfortable movements, was advised to see a chiropractor for treatment. Best decision ever!! And now I recommend it to anyone who will listen. The team here at The Chiro are welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr Josh is very informative and didn't beat around the bush with his advice and recommendations for my recovery! Highly recommend the team here!! Wishing you had a branch over here too!! Am now back living overseas and back to working full time-something that I didn't think possible when my back gave out. Thank you Josh and team!! Will definitely use again when back in the Hutt!

I’ve been seeing Jason at The Chiro Lower Hutt for adjustments for around 2 years and could not recommend him more! After 8 years of daily pain and so many treatment options barely/not working, I booked in at The Chiro as recommended by a friend and I wish I had of done it sooner. After Jason works his magic I leave feeling 100x better, I finally have pain free days and I’m close to being medication free. I never thought I'd get to this point so thanks soo much Jason and the lovely receptionist at The Chiro Lower Hutt, you guys are amazing! :)

Emily has really helped decrease my back pain. It was really sore on the first day I met her and she really got things better for me. My back is feeling so much better. Emily is such a lovely person and is very easy to talk to and I have felt really comfortable with all my following treatments.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Josh at The Chiro - Lower Hutt for adjustments for a number of months to help with lower back pain. Josh was (and continues to be) very thorough in his assessments prior to any adjustment to ensure he can gain an understanding of what happened prior to the chiropractic visit / what is happening now / what goal you wish to achieve / how he can best support you to improve this, and your overall health & wellness. The benefits of chiropractic care for me have been immense. After each adjustment I feel 100% better than before and I am able to more more freely. He is professional, genuine, friendly , focused, kind and thoughtful. I only found The Chiro by chance (at the Ladies Night held at Mitre 10 MEGA, Petone) where I met Dr Josh Krakosky and his colleagues. Josh recommended an initial assessment. After nine adjustments and following up on my regular prescribed spinal exercises, and six weeks on I can say the benefits have been really positive and life changing. For example, my sleep has improved dramatically where now I can sleep and sometimes have dreams. Also I feel much calmer and less anxious. Which has motivated me to drink more water and keep eating much more healthier nutritious foods. For years I can and could describe myself as having Dr Libby's "Rushing Woman's Syndrome" that is someone who is so super busy that they forget to stop and take time out for themselves, have a to do list so long it can never get finished and constantly living in the sympathetic nervous system dominance (red zone). Josh has been great to work with. He is friendly and focused on helping me achieve my goal. I have enjoyed the sessions and would highly recommend Josh to anyone with spinal issues.
