**bedwetting** Neil and Di Haldane have changed my 12 year old sons life. We saw results instantly and is now completely dry. The care they have shown us during this time has been wonderful and we are eternally grateful for their superb and professional service. I highly reccomend this practise for your chiropractic needs

Great place, at my first appointment I felt well taken care of, Dr Haldane is very informative and really cares about his patients health. I had 3 appointment and Dr Haldane felt like my spine was making small improvement so he told me he was going to change his adjustment on me and it made a huge difference to me. After my first appointment he gave me call after hour, saying he looked over my x-rays and to see how I was after my adjustment, this shows me how much attention and care they give to their patients. And Di at the front desk is always welcoming and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the door. Definitely recommend this places to everyone!!

After years of wear and tear and bad posture with work and life - Neil has worked on my back to bring it back in line. After each session I feel much better and my initial issues have drastically reduced. His years of experience, good communication and professionalism give me no hesitation to recommend this clinic.

Have been visiting on and off over the last 10 years +. Di is always great at fitting me in around my busy work schedule and Neil always has me leaving feeling so much better after adjustments and is very informative as to what the adjustments are and how long he expects for them to settle. Have walked in in agony and walked out feeling brand new on many occasions. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely brilliant, friendly and thorough, 1st appointment was an assessment to find exactly where the problem was with x-rays and a discussion to understand that problem and the most affective method for treatment. Have been going for around 3 months now and am noticing a huge difference in my movements.
I would highly recommend New plymouth chiropractic to anyone, it's worth every penny and then some

Hi Craig, Thanks for the feed-back, and I am concerned that you felt that you were not informed of our fees before your treatment, because our front desk prides themselves in being very up front with all fees etc. However you appear to have inadvertently not read the fees correctly on the web site, (or the board in our waiting room), where both clearly state that longer appointments incur an extra charge, and I note that your two recent consultations totalled 90 minutes. Admittedly it was more difficult for the front desk to inform you of the fees for your second consultation because you left after the first consultation without stopping at the front desk or paying, and I have to wonder if your clients at “Craig’s Tyres and Service Centre” just leave without paying and then ring back later to make further bookings? The front desk probably assumed that you knew the run of the clinic as when you visited us a few years ago, (when you made 4 appointments but only turned up for 2 of them), the front desk had the same procedures. I am confused by your statement that you don’t feel any better when on your 2nd consultation you stated that your 4 weeks of acute low back pain had reduced to “a general lumbar pressure sensation only”. I also feel that it is a little unfair to state that my receptionist argued with you when she merely explained the charges in detail which is what you rang asking her to do. Nevertheless, again thanks for the feedback and I have used the opportunity to highlight and bold the “extra time/extra fee“ section on our website so that hopefully no one else will inadvertently miss it in the future.
