Dr Tara Puketapu is absolutely wonderful. I went to see her with extreme back and shoulder pain. She is so calm and explained everything she was going to do and made me feel completely relaxed and pain free after just a few sessions. Would recommend her service 100%. The friendly service from both Inbal, at the front desk, and Dr Tara is wonderful.

Thank you Dixon Street Chiro. I came to Dixon Street Chrio after experiencing really bad pain in my lower back and legs. I first visited Tara and since have been seeing Lou. They are both really lovely people, really easy to talk to and make you feel really comfortable. Explained everything in thorough, easy to understand language. The lady on reception (sorry I don't know your name) is very pleasent and easy to talk to and also makes you feel relaxed when you arrive. I have been visiting Dixon Street Chiro for a couple of months now and I am now pain free, more flexible than ever before. My mental health and energy for life is back and I am feeling on top of the world. The best part is 4 weeks ago I was back out on my mountain bike after 4 months off due to back and leg pain. I could not recommend Tara at Dixon Street Chiropractic enough! I booked an appointment in a mad rush when I couldn't move my neck and the help that Tara provided (and continues to provide) was phenomenal. Tara is extremely thorough in making sure I understand the process of healing and giving me lots of tips in how to aid my recovery. Her specialisation in sports chiropractic was a massive draw card for me and has been great because she's helped me integrate my training routine back in without causing further injury. Tara and the rest of the lovely staff at Dixon Street Chiro are always friendly and welcoming, and it makes for a really great experience. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

5 years ago, I had a stiff neck. All my GP at the time could provide at the time was re-assurance that at my age I should expect it and a two week course of ibuprofen, which did little. I got a recommendation to see Tara and with a few weeks, my neck was much improved and now gives me no trouble. These days, being an active tramper, she keeps me in hills :)

I have been going to Dixon St Chiro for years. Both Tara and Garth are excellent practitioners and are great to deal with. I find the treatment provided at this practice more effective than physio and great for any issues relating to bones and muscles in your body
