S.Avondale Reformed Church is an incredible warm and caring church family.
When I started going 5 years ago, they really gave me a home and made a real effort to make me part of the family. There are two services on Sunday, one at 1030 and one at 1700. The sermons a very biblical, taught with sound doctrine.
Pastor Andre is great at preaching and explaining things in a way that is easy to understand, but helps us to grow more and more each Sunday. He preaches the gospel – not just want we want to hear, but what we need to hear.
There are many activities during the week that you can be involved in, youth group, bible study groups, mens fellowship/ladies fellowship, seniors group, prayer meetings, church camps and more!
Whether you are seeking a church family to call home, or are just visiting in the area – definitely pop in, we would love to get to know you. Doesn’t matter what your background is, who you are or what you’ve done – the door is always open. If you would like any help and advice from the pastor, feel free to drop by or to call him, he is always willing to listen, talk, encourage and give advice.
D.A nice sized church service building bright inside not dark or dreary.
I enjoyed a family funeral service that I attended there.
Parking was accessible also street parking available.
