M.We had been looking for a church in our area and visited The River. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. It feels like family and old friends. We love the worship and the messages are bible based and always seem to be what we need to hear at that moment. Our boys love River Kids and can't wait to go on a Sunday. They learn about more than just the bible characters, but about praying for one another and being in a church community.
M.We were new to the area and were looking for a church to call home. We found an awesome spiritual family at The River, with Bible based messages, a culture of prayer and a focus on involving all ages and stages. My kids absolutely love going to the River kids program every Sunday and I have seen their relationship with God grow tremendously under the age appropriate, fun, faith building input they are getting week after week.
M.I totally believe in the African saying: it takes a village to raise a child. The River Christian Church is the embodiment of this saying. I love the fact that The River creates a safe space where my teenagers can have fun and grow with like minded kids. The River is definitely a place to call home.
L.Love the welcoming environment. It's great for families, and my girls absolutely love the kids programmes on offer. Great place to make new friends, find meaning and joy in life, and a great church to call home.

The leadership is transparent and genuine keeping the focus on a personal and growing relationship with the Creator of the universe.
