Great Service and Quality Suits. Experienced staff and had were able to assist is with just what we were after for our Great Gatsby Themed Celebration! Everything from you BSH was perfect. The suits looked great, was easy to find what I wanted. They seemed like good quality (not that I'm well versed in suiting), and the colour was bang on what I needed. The shirt fit well, and the tie was great to top off the look. The service was really helpful, I was really just in and out but managed in that short time to get a suit fitting well, and we managed to get a suit sorted for another groomsman even though he wasn't in the same city. Really appreciate that BSH gave him an additional jacket to try free of charge, just in case. Also appreciate that they allowed for the suits to be returned a few days later than next business day, which was really helpful given I was out of town.

Really good service in the face of a few complicated situations with the Best Man being in Taranaki for an Auckland wedding not being able to be measured plus a last minute earlier than anticipated pick-up time. All was sorted without fuss. Sam and the team were accommodating and professional and took all the stress out of getting us looking good. The suits looks great, fit well and next time I get married I'll be back.

The other day I was telling my husband that now that we have found Balmoral Suit Hire we won't have to worry about buying suits😊. I hope we will have more events so we can bother you guys. Amazing service, staff is very professional. We had a great experience with the previous staff member Chris. The current staff Sam is also very helpful and knowledgeable. It was an amazing experience I've had with Balmoral Suit Hire, that I'd like to share. During this lockdown and when I was almost giving up on finding a suit to my wedding; Mark and Sam did their best to let me have a suit and enjoy my wedding. Everything was amazingly organised and everything was on time. Because I can't check a suit in the shop; they had to give me 3 suits to try on to make sure to find my right size.. so professional, highly recommended.

I'd like to extend a big thank you to Balmoral Suite Hire for arranging last minute black tie attire for a charity gig back in March. I'd left it to the day to try on the one I owned & realised I'd gained more than a few kilos since it's last outing. Balmoral got me in within a few hours and kitted me out from head to toe. They adjusted the trousers so they cut perfectly with my shoes & finished of the look with cummerbund, bow & dress shirt. 5* service for a very small cost!

Suit, accessories and service were all superb. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for any future needs, or recommending anyone else to friends if they needed a suit.

HMy son hired a suit for his school ball and it was awesome. He is tall but you took the time to make sure the arms were long enough on the shirt and jacket and the trousers were altered for no extra charge to his correct height. They assisted me to select an awesome suit that was about half the cost of other places I had looked at. being a scruffy guy I had to be cojoled into wearing something I thought was just a little too sung but, according to my wife and friends, they nailed it. The suits were perfect, as were the shirts. Everyone was delighted with the service. What was particularly appreciated was the fact you gave me and my Best Man 2 shirts, one black and the other white, to see what went best with our suits and special Tartan ties. We’ve used Balmoral Suit Hire for 2 balls now and really appreciate the patience and expertise of Mark. Nothing is a problem, even after multiple suit style and shirt changes. Last ball, he delivered two tie options to best match the dates dress. AND the huge bonus for us not on the North Shore, free delivery and pick up!!! His suits are stylish, he has a large selection of ties, shirts, waistcoats and shoes. Truly a one stop shop. I have had many suits over the years and just over two years ago purchased one from Mark for the first time. When it was time to by a new suit recently,I had no hesitation but to call Mark. He ordered the suit in for me and I took it home. Upon trying it on I noticed the sleeves were to long. I then realized that I had ordered the wrong size jacket. Upon calling Mark he immediately went to work and organized a replacement jacket within a very short time frame. There were no hassles, he was just willing to do what was necessary to make everything work. Great service and a great product.

Went in with my son, tried on a few suits, got measured up. Paid for tailored suit (Very good deal). When Mark said he could send it straight to our door in Brisbane I was amazed. Sure enough 7 days later my son is wearing his suit the very day it arrived....very impressed. Definitely will use again

I bought a suit online through Balmoral Suit Hire. It's hard to buy a good suit in Northland. I sent in the measurements from another suit I had. I'm really happy with the suit they sent - a navy Savile Row 100% marino wool at a good price. The fit was great, but I knew the backup was there if something wasn't right. Great service - will go back if/when ever I need another suit.

I can't speak highly enough about your company - your service is exceptional, nothing was a problem and you even opened your doors on a Thursday night just so my son could try the trousers on again!! Fantastic service provided. Organised to meet at the house, Susan altered the trousers whilst we waited, so were able to take the suit away that day. Would definitely use these guys again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
