K.I have be going exclusively to Beggs for around 6 years now, they have superb customer service and always take their time with a customer to ensure 100% satisfaction. I must admit being a large gentleman I was not used to such friendly and complete service in regards to my clothing needs. Will be shopping here for many years to come.

R.Why isn't there a store like Beggs in Sydney?! I was on holiday recently in Auckland (January) and for a tall, large middle aged guy who is built like a retired rugby player l thought my Christmases had come at once! Since High & Mighty closed last year (Sydney and Melbourne) even they weren't as good as Beggs. From the time l walked into both stores, the service, attention, understanding and getting it (that last quality only comes from retailers with a genuine interest in people) was a 5 star feeling. So good to have someone know what you want, listen and deliver excellent service!
Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a great shopping experience. Will visit again when l am in Auckland!
J.Explored last Saturday having trawled Auckland for suitably sized trousers... Great service from the moment I walked in; great selection in addition to what I was after. Left fully satisfied and with every intention of returning soon. Definitely a 5 Star raring is well deserved!
N.What I like most about Begg's Big and Tall are the combination of detailed photographs of items and specific measurement guides. Purchases ordered online have arrived in pristine condition and usually are delivered very quickly. On the occasions when I have had to return an item, it has caused no problem.
T.This store restored my faith in clothing retail in this country. I had had two awful experiences back to back at Sylvia Park looking for a suit. I was left to feel self concious and apologetic for being a thickset man. When I walked into Beggs it was a breath of fresh air. The floor staff were attentive, knowledgeable, engaged, personable and made me feel welcome. They fitted me perfectly and even arranged hemming while I waited. I was so appreciative of the experience that I went back the next day and did it all again with some casual clothes which they had hemmed and couriered to me out of town as well. They were attentive even to my wife who was dying of boredom! Don't bother elsewhere. Just go to Beggs.
S.Sadly, today was the final day at Beggs Pitt Street and we bought a few items at their relocation sale (9 am to 3 pm) after many years of providing quality clothing for us larger men. Looking foward to visiting their new Morrow St. Newmarket store for future needs & purchases - thanks to Dave and his great team
V.I like going there and do my shopping. Believe me i don't know how to shop . All i know is buy and wear, not after i found Roger the staff member. He was so good , friendly and made me feel being big its not a problem. He found me the best fit best price and end of the day i walked out happily spending hundreds . Thank you Roger . Will always look for you .The best customer service ever.
