S.The lovely ladies at City Chic set a high bar for amazing customer experience. Every time I've gone in they've helped me find what I'm looking for, they even put my "try-on" items in the changing room and "yes's" at the counter while I kept looking so I wasn't carrying stuff everywhere, this always blows my mind. I was also open to style tips so they showed me some ideas and I bought a pair of pale-coloured jeans that I really loved, they were not something I would have ever tried on myself and yet are my new favorite pair!
I love that the clothing isn't just a bigger baggier size of a models ideal, that looks terrible on anyone but the model - the clothing and accessories here are created with style with larger sizes in mind.

A.I love the idea of a place that caters to my curves, however, I struggle to find pieces that cover my cleavage, upper arm and upper thigh.
If they fixed that problem, I'd be their best customer.

A.Service is good always greeted upon entry well done. The fashion is so on point in these stores. The bigger women can find a complete outfit thats flattery. The only flaw...and its a big flaw is the price. What I cant understand is City Chic is the sister store to Crossroads and Autograph. Now they have the same distribution centers, materials from china made in China but slap a City Chic lable on it and triple the markup price. Even their outlet store is ridiculously higher priced than Contry Roads Outlet store. Nevertheless beautiful fashions in City Chic hopefully their prices will drop at some point.
