J.This is an awesome store, the staff are so nice especially the girl with the headscarf who was so easy to talk to. there's so much variety and the sale section is like heaven on earth for a cheapskate like me xx
s.I think is the one of the best Cotton On stores I have seen in New Zealand. Its really big and very well stocked. The layout is great as well especially the women's section. They also have cotton on body which is so well stocked. Maybe they could add some more staff members to assist the shoppers. But overall it’s a really lovely store with a massive variety.
Y.The staff is super friendly but the quality of the clothes and the style is the same since the last seasons. Nothing special.
s.Large store ranging from women to men to kids clothing. There's a ramp located on the left hand side of the shop behind the wall. Pram and wheel chair access. Attentive staff nice and friendly, told me about the pram as soon as I walked into the shop, otherwise I would've turned and left.
k.The shop was okay. Quite big and spacious. Staff is okay some looks like they have somewhere else better to be. Just not that friendly but some are amazing. There are sanitization bottle around but almost all of it is empty. I guess it's not that important to keep clean?
M.Was helped out today, 23/09/2020 (unfortunately not getting her name) by an amazing "petite" young Asian on counter. She was extremely helpful to me when I was trying to track down some slipper socks for my elderly mother. She was extremely caring and helpful, suggesting another store a long the road, where I did find some. Outstanding service is very hard to find, especially on Queen Street, so I do hope management does see my comment. Full credit to her!, and thank you... 😊
A.A really nice shop for all your fashion needs in the queen street and the Auckland city. The shop got 2 floors with one for ladies and the other for men. They have got good collection of dresses with the latest fashion trends. Usually the shop has an adequate number of footfalls. The staff is really friendly and are cooperative. The mens section is at par with the female fashion and thus the shop is highly recommended for your fashion purchase.

A.Great selection of knit wear and jackets. Pretty good variety of clothes for all seasons. The bonus card gives a bunch of points for Cotton On and a number of sister brands. This is one of the better value-for-money clothing stores in the CBD region.
D.One of the best places to go for Cotton On goods. There is an area for most brand under Cotton On, such as Body, Typo, Rubi and more. The staff are quick to help (although it's sometimes quite hard to identify who is a staff member and who isn't) and I love the layout of the store. Don't forget to head downstairs for another floor of clothing! It can be quite easy to miss. Also, there is often a queue of people for the changing rooms so I'd recommend having a look at the changing rooms downstairs when that happens! I only started looking at Cotton On goods last year and haven't stopped being a fan since. Their stuff is extremely worth it during those sales, and I love the availability of most sizes in this store. Sometimes they would say a specific style or size is sold out online, but you might find it available here.

R.I like this store... the clothes are fashion looks and the price isn't so high. However, I had problems with pants that I bought for my daughter. All of the pants beging to undo sewing and stick in the background with few used.

R.Huge cotton on store. One of the biggest in the city. Wide range of products and very helpful staff. The specials and clearance deals are good too. Quality can be a bit low on some articles hence it is recommended to look carefully before buying.

S.Been coming here for the last few years and have only ever had ONE bad experience here, every other time has had incredible service and great bargains. Give your staff a raise! Except for the girl who didn't understand why clothes with holes shouldn't be sold haha
V.As a staff member I can say that it is busy every single day, just depends on how busy you want to work for yourself. We get a variety of customers from all over the world. We also have our regulars that pop in now and then. We offer great individual customer service and tend to assist customers immediately at request. We do have wheelchair and pram access. This is a supa store which consists of 5 brands. We have Ladieswear, Menswear, Rubi shoes, Kids and Body for all your intimate, workout and sleepwear needs. Each store comes with their very own little styles of accessories that comes in one size.
