Amazing store! Probabaly my favourite store in NZ... Great example of how retail stores should be setup to provide a great customer experience. Really attentive and helpful staff. Awesome selection of streetwear brands and massive range of shoes. Will be spending $$$$'s here over the years.

Cool place, fun vibe. The store is extremely well presented. Staff members are friendly, fun and helpful, good customer service. Could do more in terms of variety and range of products. However since Culture Kings is predominantly recognised for steet wear fashion, I understand the heavy inclination towards that style. Prices are little on the higher side but maybe justified given the brand and quality offered. Could do more in terms of protional offers etc.

Great staff. Music always pumping. Prices are what ya expect from a high end streetcar store. For every $100 you spend you get a Culture Kings token to use on the machines to win more CK items or even money!!

Excellent staff very helpful. Took our teen to buy Dr Martins. The right shoe was not in stock however. Do note that prices on their website are not the same as in store. In store was higher. Online was easy and includes shipping & GST in price.

Staff were awesome!! My partner and i were served by a staff member named meg? Im guessing thats her nickname!! She was kind enough to take us into the exclusive room! When we heard that it was a room reserved for celebs, we felt really special!! I copped some nice champion gear along with some Jordan gear! Awesome customer service all around 🤙🏽

Coolest store in Auckland. Sometimes no sizes but staff are helpful and helped me find something else for the long weekend. Hooked me up with a pair of Jordans because of my birthday. Awesome environment

Awesome customer service!! I ordered a product online for Christmas for my son and unfortunately it arrived with a part missing. The Auckland store was amazing to deal with regarding supplying a complete replacement and threw in some freebies to make up for the hassle. I can see why this is my son's favourite store! Thanks guys😊

I shopped at the store in Sylvia Park with a work colleague, and one of the staff members gave us a service that everyone else should take note of. She was amazing. I wish I knew her name, as I would have recommended everyone to go see her if you want great service with a smile with a willingness to help with your purchase I will visit again soon. 👍😊

Great customer service. Staff are friendly and find you exactly what you are looking for. And if not they will recommend you few variations that works. I have shopped here 3 times now and I get the right gear each time. Some colours and sizes are limited compare to their e-store so I guess you could try it on here and buy online.

Thanks to Dujorne for selling me the loiter apparel and Jordan 1 shoes I need look for him when you're after some loiter merchandise at Culture Kings. Worth visiting today and money well spent 5 stars for the awesome service of the Culture Kings Staff members and they always welcome you ask you for what you need and don't make you wait. If you need streetwear this is where you shop as there merchandise are quality and comfort to wear. It was busy but Dujorne still manage to accomodate what I needed from them. Hope to shop again, Matthew

Was shopping for my brother in law, and was stuck for ideas on what to get him. A friendly staff member there, by the name of Georgia (sorry if the name is wrong), helped me pick out some shorts to go with the hat and t-shirt I had already picked out. Have only been there twice, but will definitely shop there again.

Such an amazing store, was there on the day of the grand opening and had such a great time. Met Jimi Jackson and played the dragon punch game and basketball sharpshooter. The whole thing was sick! Made friends with some of the staff and they were super nice! Easily worth all the hype and it's the best clothing store in New Zealand. The DJ was great, and tunes they blasted were bangers. Thanks for the awesome experience! Will be coming back soon.

Ordered online and came on time (even with covid delays). The sylvia store is nice too, though I prefer the Gc and Sydney one. Jist need to fix the online stock allocation

5 stars is for the staff friendly and helpful. Awesome store. BUT unfortunate the app payment cards for layby and after pay didnt work. Really need to sort out the manual way of paying through those apps as well, as the cards don't always work. Lucky I had the money on my eftpos card to pay. Or I would have left disappointed as we came from out of town. Think I'll stick to online ordering at least I know that way of paying works guaranteed.

Online store is all good but the Sylvia park location is obnoxiously loud and has a massive screen that plays flashing images all over it, if you're sensitive to this kind of thing don't even try to enter, it's actually amazing theyre allowed to have this in their store. Stock was limited and unorganized, hard to find anything. Just buy online instead
