The other day I visited forever new in Albany and was absolutely blown away with the amazing service I received from the staff and manager. The whole experience was so professional and enjoyable, especially from the store manager James! He was confident with his fashion knowledge and helped me put together my whole outfit and accessories for an event I had that night. He informed me about their sale they had on as well as signing me up to the loyalty reward membership. The girls working looked very happy and had great attitudes. They were so helpful grabbing me different sizes to try on, as well as offering styling advice. I don't usually feel the need to write reviews on businesses but I was so impressed with my experience I wanted to share it. Will definitely be back!

Georgia McCloskey is absolutely wonderful. She is diligent, professional and super efficient in resolving problems. A service request that could not be dealt satisfactorily with by Forever New online, resolved by Georgia within a few minutes. Forever New is very lucky to have an employee like Georgia. This young lady deserves a promotion to Senior Management or a much better company.
