Very large store! GF and L1 are for females and the B is for males. They had a wide range of clothes and it is worth going back again and again! I enjoyed my experience very much so definitely would recommend!

I have never bought clothes so quickly in my life! Unlike most clothes shops where they are pestering you every 5 minutes asking if you need help, the workers here are fabulous, they let you shop in peace. Not to mention the prices are unmatched, the day I went in they also had a great sale on. Best H&M I’ve been to, highly recommend!

I think the shop is one of the best fashion stores in New Zealand and Australia. Prices are affordable and there are many clothes, bags and furniture available The location is perfect 👌

The assistants were nice and attentive. Clean plenty of room to move around and browse at leisure. However i was told they were no longer doing the plus range or extended sizes only what was left on the sale rack. I was highly disappointed, I love shopping here! Hope I am mistaken.

Good modern store layout. Good location and closer to water front end of CBD. Store size is on the smaller side. Good signage and easy to find what you are after. Friendly staff NO free parking nearby. Personally this is my least favourit H and M stores in Australasia, for example comparing to Sylvia Park, Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Bondi Junction, Pacific fairs in GC.

Great location with parking at downtown carpark so close. Lots of clothing to view, it can be overwhelming. Despite the amount of stock , there is room to move around and find what you want as long as it's not too busy. It's worth a visit if you are in the cbd

I bought a couple of H & M easy iron slim fit shirts for work while on holiday in the UK September 2018 and they have proven to be very durable and definitely easy iron. I am still using them for work. I bought another 4 shirts for work from H &M Commercial Bay same style and very good value and quality.

We love this place we like the specials we like the product being offered at good discounts I'm black Friday promotion we were sad that having a Fuller figure sizes were very hard to find due to we were told shipping delays! A beautiful shop interesting to walk through and see such different styles being offered and we love different and good value well done H&M

Lovely, bright, well laid out store. Purchased a few small items for myself, great prices. My teen daughter was a little disappointed in the selection for her age group. The only other minor thing I would like to mention is the mirrors in the changing rooms. There are so many it's like being in a mirror maze! It is quite a weird feeling and would put some people off trying clothes on.

Good quality of clothes and plenty of choice too. The store is really nicely laid out and has a lot of floors. Looking down the floors is pretty cool! I have been to a few other stores around the world and this is one of their best ones. Only slight downside is when I've been there the tills don't always have someone behind them on the men's floor. Sometimes have to go down to the woman's to get served. Is a good bang for your buck and seems to always be well stocked too. A friend who has been here noted that they couldn't find the sports floor/area however.

My girls like to shop here! Very good retail layout and clothing items are well categorized and display. H&M never fail to surprise us on their new product lines (which our two daughters spent all their savings here). Luckily the pricing is realistic and affordable. This place is always kept clean, retail space is well lit all the time. Customer service is above par and they beat most of the fashion retail stores in the CBD. Keep up the good work guys! You will not go wrong to shop here! If you are a student or just started a new job; this is the place to shop for your new trendy clothing!

It's a nice place with a lot of sections and affordable ranges to choose from... men women kids...home ranges are also available... I saw really nice stuff that I liked and got some as well. Its a place i could definitely enjoy going back to. The people in charge of fittings were also very nice as well.

H&M in the city is a fabulous store so much choice and variety. It is well laid out over 3 levels. There is a great range if clothes for woman, men and children. I was even surprised to stumble upon a homewares section. I like find the quality of the clothes great and the prices are amazing. Will definitely be making a trip back into the city soon.

Surprisingly good quality stuff. I'm always disappointed when I go to the one in Sylvia Park as the items look very cheap, and wondered whether we get low quality items compared to overseas. But now having been to the city branch several times, I think clothing looks cheap when not presented properly. Items in city branch look much more presentable and make the items seem much better value for money. I bought 3 tops on sale for $35 and very pleased with my purchase

I love the store and their range etc. BUT 3 stars is due H&M systems which i hope they look to change soon. They do not have a system that links all the stores inventory so you are not able to ask if another store has your size. You have to contact customer service but they have to individually phone each store and they don't go out of their way to find an item for you. Also there are no phone numbers for individual stores so you are not even able to phone yourself you have to phone customer service and select from on limited stores to be put through to them. Hopefully they look to improve this system as think it will get frustrating for customers to have to drive to numerous shops just to get the bottom and top of one suit for example.

Very popular brands among the clothes line business. I would suggest it's a great awesome place for girls as you will get varieties of things in less price. For guys they don't have wide range of styles to offer. But money wise it's a nice place to spend.

Located in Auckland CBD, this one of three national H&M's located around New Zealand (at time of review). The store has four stories, each separating Men, Women, Kids and Home interior respectively. In terms of size the building has a range of stock, with spacious changing rooms for each floor. Stock is well maintained and the store is spotless at most times. I would recommend a visit here for quick and cheap fashion.

It was ok . My first time here. Ok selection and pricing . Sofia in the men's section was really helpful and great assistant. She helped my shopping experience better as l needed to exchange some items .

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.p

The store is fine - your regular HM store. But the customer service is plain horrible. I was trying to find some information about their sale dates and it turned out to be impossible. The website is a cruel joke, they don't pick up their phone, there is no feedback option on the Facebook page.. Its like they don't care.

Nice large H&M store recently opened in the CBD. The location is easily accessible from Queen street. The store is huge. Variety and range of apparel is appealing. This drives a lot of footfalls and hence can make it very busy on weekends and holidays. The prices are competitive. The staff is nice and the service standards are good. Well recommended.
