On the phone, staffs are always very courteous and accommodating. Always keen to help. If if the staffs I'm wanting is available, I just put it on reserve straightaway and schedule for pick up.
On site, staffs are always well-informed of the transactions over the phone and paying for the reserved items is a breeze that I am always out of the shop in no time.

He was friendly and helpful and made our shopping extremely stressless. We were on a time limit to get a certain item for camping and he really pulled through for us getting exactly what we needed.

I had some items which I ordered online and the shoes I purchase was not to my liking and they're happily exchange it for me at the store. the acting manager girl that is always assisting customers is very friendly and helpful. This is one of my favourite stores and if you wait for a good sale you'll pick up a bargain for quality clothes.
