T. S.I wanted to check out some hiking boots and socks for our planned hiking at Tongariro Crossing in April. A great sales person assisted me in finding the right socks and comfy hiking boots at a reasonable price. Thanks for the help Lily. I'm excited to try them on in short walks and hikes before the big one. Hoping for the best!
E.My husband & I stopped into Sylvia Park branch last night and must I say it is a pleasant feeling being greeted and welcomed into a store. We came in to exchange an online order, the manager Rob made the exchange hassle free. Jade helped us find a particular item from another store. Fantastic service!

S.My partner and I headed in just to check out some camping gear for his upcoming trip and I’ll be honest we had no intention whatsoever to purchase anything at the store as we were out bargain hunting. But we met with now soul sister Lilio, who did such an amazing job of not only selling the product but negotiating and reasoning with us not to take our business to the competitor. The friendliness and honesty of this girl has to be commended because it’s been a while since I’ve come across energy like this in retail. I will surely be back to buy more from that young lady!

K. k.I went to purchase winter jackets for my mum and myself today and I was welcomed and greeted by lovely Nitika, she was just amazing. Nitika made my mum and myself feel comfortable, she was actively listening and recommending the right type of jackets for us. Nitika also helped mum to try on some jackets as she was struggling due to her injury. We bought the jackets but on top of that ended up buying some T-shirts too because she was so helpful and made us aware of the items on sale in the store, Nitika took initiative and provided excellent customer service, she is truly an asset to the business.

r. s.I did feel like I was kind of being watched, only saying that as an ex retail salesperson and knowing the procedures. But all-in-all. I purchased a really good jacket for half price which was awesome. I do believe however if staff see a tattooed person, please dont assume they're thieves, it doesn't feel good. It does make you want to walk out the door quicker. Note: some times people with tattoos are the nicest people.

N. S.Hello Kathmandu National Manager, Area Manager and Branch Manager of Kathmandu Sylvia Park. My experience today 11/12/2020 at just before 3pm I visited Kathmandu Sylvia Park store to look for a pair of hiking boots but had no intention of buying one today but as soon as I entered the store I was greeted with such a sweet voice like all the tension was gone in an instant. I greeted back but told the sales rep that I came to check out some boots but not buying any today. I went to the back where the boots were and started looking not realising the sales rep was there behind me. I sat down and asked if I could try some boots but finally I bought the pair of boots and few socks under my precious daughter's membership number which the sales rep helped me with. I asked the sales rep's name which she kindly said "TANVI". The respective Managers and the Branch Manager, "TANVI" is a Kohinoor at Kathmandu Sylvia Park store. Look after the amazing sales rep and I did tell her she is amazing. Thank You TANVI for your service and respect with great help. Hardly get to see such an amazing person.

K. S.Simply THE BEST place in Auckland to buy tramping / walking shoes. The Manager (Dan?) happily spent plenty of time helping us, giving us excellent advice. We’d been everywhere else in Auckland and never received the level of help we did here. Excellent range, great advice and excellent staff too!
S. S.We went to buy some gear that Sarah needed for a tramping trip Sarah is doing in July. We bought such cool stuff which included
* a pot set , Pack liner. sleeping bag a woolen jumper and a sleeping bag.
We found what we wanted easily and when we wanted help in choosing a sleeping bag help was redly available.
It was nice to be in an upbeat store where the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. We got a family discount too which I appreciated.
