B.This was one of the very first Kathmandu stores and it’s where I fell in love with this brand over 15 years ago. I invested in my very first Gore-tex jacket from this store way back then and I’m still wearing it today. This is absolute testament to the quality of their products. My advice is to wait for their sales (which they have often) and buy up large.

S.I went into to enquire after a certain item which they were out of stock.Caroline took my number and said she’d enquire at other branches.As promised she phoned the next day to say sadly no luck . About four weeks latter I got a call to say they were back in stock ,would I still like one.
From the moment I stepped in the shop Caroline ( who seemed to be there by herself and very busy with the post Christmas sale)was extremely helpful and followed up as promised & also thought to call weeks later when new stock arrived . So “ Bravo” Caroline you are a credit to the shop .. in a time when “ good service “ is becoming a rare thing !!!

M.Wow, what a great branch, first time in. I went in today to find a small product I was recommended, RFID sleeve protection. I had the pleasure of having outstanding service from Abby today, awesome customer service, even for a small basic product. It's always a pleasure when I get great customer service in Auckland Central, because it hardly ever happens, re. some of my other reviews. Will differnatly return, even when Queen Street branch is closer to me. Really happy with my purchase too!... 😁🤘
L.Store Manager, Caroline, was very helpful today when I came in to buy a sleeping bag. She has great product knowledge and helpful travel advice as well.
A.A nice outdoor shop. The location is quite handy and easy to go to. Parking is very tricky and off street parking fee in this area is quite expensive too. The collection is quite thorough, and often have specials, and the staff tend to let you shop in peace.
M.Medium size store, clean and well organised. Merchandise is well placed and easy to browse. Staff is freiendly. Good range of clothing for Men and Women, but children selection is small. Also has limited selection of outdoor/camping products.
