Turet the designer/owner was amazing with exceptional customer service and product knowledge around fabrics and sizing, all over email and phone during this Covid Lockdown period. Her staff Nikita also the same. This is what retail service should be like. I'm in love with the Knuefermann product designs, very stylish and the fabrics look amazing and of high quality. Would recommend to anyone who loves fashion.
M.Great clothes! I own a few dresses and tops. The brand isn't good with bigger size cut (10 and above). They seems to only be a larger version of the 6-8 size cut/shape. Unfortunately bodies don't necessarily put on weight homogeneously. I will stick to buying tops for the moment but i can't wait to see the improvement.
H.Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Knueferman. Apart from the fact that their pieces are exquisitely designed and wash really well. The customer service is A+. They go out of their way for you. Eg I liked a belt in the store but wanted it in a different colour so they had one made for me. I ordered a coat online and the Turet delivered it herself to my home the very same day. How is that for service! They are great at suggesting ways to wear their clothes to suit your figure. My favourite NZ designer by a mile!

Whether you're shopping for a special occasion or you just wanna feel special on any given day, Knuefermann is sure to impress. R.Exquisite womens clothing in a spacious showroom with generous luxurious changerooms. Shoes to try with if you're a size 6 or 7. Lovely helpful staff that could be in a fashion magazine themselves! Only a hop skip and a jump away from the main road in Ponsonby. It is worth your travel if you deserve a little splurge.
