cool place to shop if u have money that u are not too sad to part with on secondhand clothes. prices a little high but expected for karangahape and the time/care taken to make these goods presentable. lots of different styles to choose from - assistants are friendly and the “red room”is nice if u needa photoshoot. clothes colour coded too!!! 🤯🤯 if u like the gentrified cool side of tāmaki makaurau auckland u might like magichollow

Haven't had a chance to visit the physical store, but I made an online order from their website, and their customer service is top notch! I had originally ordered a collared t-shirt two days ago, but an employee promptly emailed me yesterday and informed me that they couldn't find it in their stock. They offered to refund my money, or swap my order with another clothing item with no extra charge (and they went out of their way to suggest two sweatshirts that had similar styled collars to the shirt I originally wanted- both of which were cute!). I opted to picking one of the sweatshirts, and I still received it the same day, along with a discount code to use for a future purchase. I really love the sweatshirt! Thank you for the friendly and fast communication!

the new location is actually really nice, the guy who showed us round was absolutely amazing and helpful (good looking too hahah). overall mean shop and highly recommend for anyone that wants to find some sick vintage pieces and feel super welcome.

Cool find one weekend while wandering around Auckland city. Great range of vintage clothing in a styley spacious well-organised store. Some really cool old brands and great selection of stuff imported from overseas. Friendly helpful staff too 👌
