I am a volunteer and love my work and the other staff at Ponsonby shop. I have been there since about 2007. Brenda the manager and Andrew, assistant manager work hard and also we are very happy to do whatever they want to help.with us voiunteers.

I go op shopping when in the city and this Mercy Hospice shop is fantastic for quality and variety of items and the staff are fantastic - very helpful, happy and always smiling. Friendly ladies working in here. The shop is well laid out. It's very clear they enjoy working here. Great bargains and some different bits and pieces, nic nacs and ornaments to choose from.
