Thank you so much to the awesome North Beach team at Sylvia Park. I was so busy with my sick baby that I never had time to shop for my partners bday present. I gave them a call to see if they could do me a same day click n collect and they were so happy to help me, fast and so kind. They also let me send a whanau member in to collect for me. Definitely an awesome place to shop with an awesome team.

This shop Is so nice and the clothes look really good. The staff are very welcoming and nice. But the person that i must point out the most was this one staff member who was very sweet and you could see he was enjoying his job. He came up to me as soon as i walked in and said he really liked my bag (it was black and white) and where i got it and then we just started have a conversation about shein and just laughing. He was very welcoming and offered to help me if I needed anything Plenty of times. I reckon he should get a raise but it's not my decision. He was so nice that he is probs a friend that I would like to have. 👻// sshane_smith

Today I shopped in NorthBeach Sylvia Park and I was greeted and was given outstanding service from Lucas! From start to finish of my retail experience in store He was immaculate with how he helped us and also creating general conversation! Big ups to Lucas!

Not a huge fan of the compliments. It seems like everytime I go in there its a superficial comment on something I'm wearing or just a bit to enthusiastic to ask me about my day etc. I dunno about anyone else but I'll stay in a store longer if I know there's stuff on hand to help me when I need it, but they won't bother me until then. The staff are just doing their job, but senior management shouldn't be teaching these tips to their young staff.

Top service, best of all the surf stores in my opinion. Callum is great. Recommend this store for sure

I enjoy shopping in here, staff are always nice and offer assistance - never in your face and geniune conversations. Clean store, vibrant and well stocked, never dull and eye catching items are displayed well.

Exceptional customer service, found the hat I needed & although it was at their other store in Tauranga, they got it freighted to my front door at no extra cost. It was only a small item, but it wasn't a fuss to them. I came from a similar store in Sylvia Park & they couldn't be bothered going that extra mile. Great team effort from Tenielle, Grayson & Callum.

Great franchise. Had a problem with an item I purchased and they swiftly refunded with no fuss. Major props to the staff for this.

Incredible service! Spoke to a guy who helped me out with a pair of skates and was super welcoming and helpful. Even at the counter, what I'm guessing was his boss, was very friendly! From my experience, they knew what they were selling and made sure it catered to my needs/wants. Thanks so much!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was served by Callum (name shown on receipt) on my lunch break today, and I just wanted to say how great of a sales assistant he is! I am a retail manager and I was extremely impressed at how great his service was. He was very approachable, funny, kind and genuine with such a positive attitude not only towards myself but to everyone that walked in. I would definitely love to see that kind of spirit in every store I walk into. Thank you for your help Callum :) 10 stars from me !

We purchased a Volcom shirt over the weekend and the staff was amazing...helpful and friendly. The size was a touch small so we returned it to the Syvia park store just before close forgot my reciept !! but this was hassle free and the staff member was beyond easy to deal with... Amazing service guys ... can't say enough to explain how easy you made it for us to be a customer :)

Purchased via online shopping and needed to size up. The courier company has currently lost the return parcel! Northbeach were really quick to remedy the problem and follow up with the courier company on my behalf also, really great company would recommend

1st time in their " new " shop located upstairs now, seems more open than before,things easy to find good layout staff friendly good selection of clothes & men's bracelet's as that's what I usually get from there, check it out.

North Beach Sylvia Park is really great store to find all your street wear surf snow and skate clothing. They have all the top brands and can easy order in if there is something they dont have. The sales team are really friendly and helpful and the north beach store is in the heart of the Sylvia park mall

Staff are lovely and very helpful. I have never had a bad shopping experience at this store. The reps go the extra mile and check with suppliers for stock availability.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. Wow! It is so refreshing to meet people that go out off their way, with such sincerity, to ensure you have a pleasant experience in their shop.

good store with good clothing but its based mostly on brands and is not an affordable spot i would recommend if your looking for some designer brands but if you just shopping within a budget then its not your place, definitely a good store in general though.
