Went in on 24/11/21 and received great service from Lauren who was very helpful and friendly. I found a great PJ set and sloth top from the mens section to turn into a nightie 😁

Kati the lovely Canadian (who I haven't even met in person) went the extra mile and beyond for me while I am stuck here in Quarantine in an Auckland hotel. She personally delivered my parcel and I Begged her for a real coffee which she was ever so happy to provide me with... I cannot thank you enough! Kati you are a true legend with exceptional customer service!! Thanks again :))

Very happy with the service received at this store. They have been very good exchanging a set I bought that were the incorrect size. The PJs are also of much better quality and fit then what I would normally buy elsewhere and it's hard to fit things that fit me due to being so tall. Peter Alexander is now my go to store for pajamas though I probably wont return to this store due the St Lukes store being closer to me.

If you are looking for the lovely night wears, you must visit here! They do a lot of promotions as well. Nice staffs. Also has a fitting room so you can wear and have a look

I rang first to inquire if they had what I was looking for It was their Queen st Auckland store the lady that answered whose name was Bella was most helpful supplying a choice of 3 nighties with matching dressing gowns I ended up buying 2 sets thank you Bella and Peter Alexander

Fantastic place, I was visiting there on Thursday and there was a very helpful Canadian in there who helped me find a pair of pyjamas. She was very welcoming and recommended a candle which I bought too.

I got served by Sophie and she was really friendly and recommended a pajama set that my girlfriend loved. Would recommend again. 10/10 service

Really cute shop with lots of comfy lounge wear, can be a little expensive but if you manage to grab a bargain in the sales you'll get yourself a nice good quality item.
