S. I.So far I personally had only good experience shopping at Prada. The staff is always lovely, polite and eager to help. There is an odd thing where you'd have to wait outside despite there being nobody in the store but at least the wait is only a few short minutes and is nowhere near the insane, absolutely ridiculous lines at Gucci and Louis Vuitton.
