L.I'll start off my purchase/s, I've bought two pairs of Chelsea boots and one dress shoe, a belt and a key ring from this particular store.
The leather and suede products from this brand is really good quality arguably top tier.
The staff in the shop have been well educated and understand the brand product very well, they also understand and help educate the customer the way to maintain the integrity of the product particularly the leather.
Am I someone who'd come back, yes, it's a store that understand needs of customers, has good service and a good quality product.
I've recommended and introduced friends and family to the brand and they would all vouch for this review.

M.Went into the store the other day to have a look around with my partner. They have great customer service. The guy helped assist me in finding the right size belt and even offered to polish up my own RM boots along with it. I really don't understand the negative reviews here, all the staff were friendly by greeting me when i walked in and had good knowledge of the products.
10/10 experience.

My husband is a huge fan of the R M Williams boots, he has a pair of boots that have lasted over 25 years. This brand exudes quality and workmanship and it’s nice to see that they have also branched into women’s clothing as well. Very Impressive
B.I bought some boots in-store in Auckland cbd, unfortunately there was an error made and I was recommended the wrong size, some time after I returned because the shoes were hurting, the manager was super helpful and replaced them no questions asked. It’s great when a business stands behind their product and service, will return.

T.Excellent service, talk to Conor if you need new boots. Hard wearing, easily best and longest lasting footwear I have ever had. I've had 10 years out of by gardener boots and still going.
D.This company makes the best boots I know of. They are so unbelievably comfortable. I suggest you don't try them on unless you can afford to buy them. Otherwise you will spend your days hating on the footwear you have. Super obliging staff and good range of leather care products to go with your boots. If you're loaded you can even get bespoke boots custom made. Oh and they also sell clothes like pants and shirts and cool hats.
H.I had only a short time inbetween flights to shop in R.M. The staff were helpful, even to the point on giving me opinions on what dresses suited me and fitted me with the most perfect fitting pair of boots on the first go. Staff were not pushy. Chur.
G.I bought a pair of RM Williams boots from Munns 5-6 years. Started having issues with them after about 3 years, a squeak in the boots. Contacted the store I bought them from they add no answers and contacted the head office in Australia. Didn't exactly extol themselves with customer service and there only advice was to use talcum powder, kind of worked but not the resolution I was looking for as clearly a known fault, not something you expect when paying $600 for a pair of boots. About 2 months ago I noticed a small hole appeared in the boot and felt inside it had worn away. By now I was pretty disappointed, plus Munns in the city no longer sells the boots. Getting to the end of my tether and decided to go to the new RM Williams store in town. I met Tim the manager who kindly listen to my issues and disappointment. After some negotiation they offered a suitable discount on buying a new pair, and fitted my foot correctly as it appeared my boots were sold to me 1/2 a size to small and wrong width. In retail you live and breathe by how you deal with customer dissatisfaction and in this instance Tim delivered a worthy result. Well done and thanks for your time. I will continue to be an ardent supporter of this brand based on your actions today.
T.I just wish to thank the extremely kind lady from R.M. Williams , who rescued me when I had a nasty fall on the corner near the shop. It was raining and I stupidly attempted to run with disastrous and very painful results. Not only did she and many others help me to a seat, but she rushed away and b ought cups of tea. I wish to publicly acknowledge her great kindness and care.
