S.Service is awesome here. This would be my second best Redrat branch compared to the others coming after the Otahuhu branch which unfortunately closed down this year. The staff and team that use to work there no and show exactly what customer service means and is.
H.Went in earlier this morning and a lovely lady with a black top helped me pick out some shoes (white converse shoes 4yr) for a birthday present, her sizing was on point, assisted us with also getting a hat for my son..., very awesome customer services. Manukau store... TY
C.Lovely staff!! Tried their best to accommodate my moko and his Aunty, sadly they need to stock some more Puma gears bigger sizes shoes different designs of clothing!! Sorry guys I'm Puma Freak!!
E.Redrat is okay but sometimes it doesn't have my children's size on shoes nd clothing.had to go store to store or ring up or out of stock.
