For the first time, since i moved to NZ, i visited an indian attire store (thats almost after six n half years). Surely felt like i am in India. I was served by Mehul. Sucha polite, patient and nice guy. Got couple of outfits for my partner n myself. Totally satisfied with their products and good value for money.

The most amazing fabrics and designs. We went specifically for a lehanga and dupatta for an Indian wedding. Very helpful staff, giving great advice and accessorising from head to toe. Amazing alterations done very, very fast on-site and affordable.

Beautiful saree. Exceeded my expectations. Roop Darshan is now in my favorite list for Indian wear for sure. I'm glad that I found you :-)

I love Roop Darshan in Mt Roskill, it's a beautiful store. The staff / owners are very nice people, so welcoming and helpful. I was very sad to know that after accepting online order and payment Roop Dharshan sold the particular item to a click and collect customer and after calling them was helped by an amazing staff member Visha , she took out time to listen and helped me look for another item . She went out of her way to even do a video call to show me the item . Iam very pleased with her professionalism and patience that topped her excellent customer service.Your attitude towards your work is on an entirely different level. Good going Visha . We went here to buy a dress for my wife. Yes they do have plenty of options to choose to from. But it's bit expensive. So best time to buy Indian dress is when there is sale or offer. Good service though.

Normally I would visit the shop and select my outfits however due to Covid Lockdown restrictions this time around I had for the very first time purchased my costumes online and to my amusement, my orders were received within couple of days of ordering and as perfect as it would be to purchase from store.A BIG THANKYOU to Roop Darshan team. You haven't seen fashion until you pay a visit to Roop Darshan. The colours, the fabrics, the styles, the variety, the textures will take your senses on a visual journey, where you can discover a whole new you. Hearing staff and other customers speaking in Hindi was beautiful. I felt like I was in either Fiji or India. I absolutely fell in-love with this place on my very first visit 2 years ago, when I went with my Fijian Indian girlfriend and her family. The jewelry is exquisite, and the customer service is on point, with staff being very attentive, giving helpful suggestions from their extensive knowledge of the product ranges they carry. Great experience.

I just wanted to share my experience with Roop Dashan. As the market leader in Indian emporium there range of clothing is extensive, something for everyone and everyone’s budget. I have been going to Roop Darshan for almost 15 years and because it’s been our go to for every Indian event have never thought about writing a review as they have been consistent over this period. There customer service was impeccable, very responsive, very personal and very accommodating - so thank you so much!

Awesome experience. Went to buy Indian kurta for the first time in NZ for Diwali. I wasn't expecting such products will be available but good collection & great customer service even in the busy time. Special thanks to staff - MEHUL, for helping out to select the right design & size. Similar price what I used to pay in India. So worth to buy & checkout the store.

I ordered 2 kameez online and I am very happy with the service but unfortunately the quality of the kameez is not too good after I washed it. However I exactly got what I ordered online.

I needed to purchase a few lehengas for diwali. Not only did you serve us so well but you arranged for delivery as well. It arrived in perfect condition and was just what I expected. The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Sandhya, who served us was amazing . She helped us select the clothes and we just explained her on the phone what we were looking for and she found something we loved in a short time during video call. I went to Roop Darshan Mt Roskill recently and bought some Indian clothes. This was my first time going there...usually I go to Papatoetoe. I loved the staff there. Visha helped me to get my Indian outfits ready for a wedding. She was really friendly and she took her time to show me all the outfits that she had in my style and price range. Visha Goundar is a star, lady with customer service to its perfection. Me and my husband have known her for more than 3 years. She's a woman with very positive attitude, who takes her work seriously. Maasi (Tailor) at Roop Darshan White Swan did all of my wife's bridal lehnga alternations as well as my Mehndi suit, she is very talented and came up with many creative ideas of altering the outfits. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tailor for any Indian/bridal outfits.

Went shopping for the first time, Beautiful customer service. Staff named Roma assisted us from the start until the end of the shopping. Roma was very helpful, friendly, excellent customer service, she assisted us with smile even on busy crowded Saturday. Some good deals and collections too.

I have been dealing with visha gounder from roop Darshan ever since I can remember. She is amazing. Always tries her best to make me happy even though I am a very fussy customer. Went in to Roop Darshan with my mum and friend as all 3 of us required Indian attire for family weddings. It was great to be able to be acknowledged and served quite quickly compared to the Papatoetoe branch. And also there was amazing service provided by Dhaval, who was a pleasure to talk to and was able to provide all three of us with costumes that we all loved! We bought gold from here, some of the staff members definitely need more training re-customer service. however they have good variety of gold. The price is average not too bad

Pretty flash place. We usually buy online from these guys and for once we visited the store in Mt Roskill yesterday. Was a very good experience , amazing staff and the items are reasonably priced.

Great help. Only ever brought a Sari in India. Went through dozens of selections for a wedding. Lovely staff with plenty of patients. Left with sari, top petticoat and bangles. Could spend all day there. So many colours, selections and beautiful bead work.

I received my order with 48 hours, the saree was the exact colour and material as shown and detailed on website. Thank you so much.. Would love to order again.

I have been to the shop within 3 days and I had spent more than $500.00. I was served by a lovely staff and her name is Kamini. She tried her best to help me select an Anarkali of a large size.She was extremely patient, soft spoken and has a good knowledge of the products in the shop. My only and serious advice is to please have Lots of different varieties of clothes for people who are a bit big. On the whole 10 out of 10 to Kamini.

Excellent place for getting traditional dresses. We bought lehanga, men’s kurta, bangles, ear rings I really like them they are awesome. Good customer service she is very helpful and patient. I recommend for Indian ethnic wear it is best choice

Thanks you so much Roop Dashan. I am attending the first Indian wedding I have ever been to tomorrow and I was terrified of getting my dress wrong. Sandhya (sorry if the spelling is wrong) helped me out with matching the Saree that the bride has leant me with a beautiful blouse and petticoat and handbag. The clothing here is so beautiful, I will be back to have another look when I have more time.
