Yesterday I made a phone call about an item. The staff who answered my call was quite professional and efficient. She checked the system first and then looked for the item for me, finally gave me useful suggestions. I noticed that there were bad reviews about the terrible shopping experience, I fully understand, since I experienced terrible customer service in other Seed shop. The five stars are for the nice lady who served me by phone.

Highly recommend. Lovely customer services lady Polina made me feel so beautiful when trying on clothes and I know she was being very genuine. I will go again because the clothes are amazing. I spent over $800 on clothes for work and personal. Shop is nice and tidy and staff were friendly especially Polina. Thank you Seed Ponsonby. :)

stunning!! Staff wonderful to deal with, seamlessly excellent service in both Onehunga and Ponsonby... elegant stores where items are well priced for good quality .. staggered to find it was small dog friendly... ..ticked all the boxes fir me which makes revisits a certainty
