S.Great service amazing staff fast responses to emails
Y.I can see why many people complain about bad service in this store and the one on New Market. Most of shop assistants have no clue how to behave with customers. I wanted to buy a 400$ ring from store on Ponsonby. An assistant didn't care about selling it to me. She didn't know label's name or where it came from and what stone in it... I could see her getting lazy and annoyed by my questions. She didn't even make an eye contact with me. I gave her ring back, came back home and bought it on-line from official label's store. I do wanna support brands they sale, but I don't wanna buy it from store with such unprofessional service.
I did come back to the store and found few very helpful assistants. Who actually care about place they work at... But it's only few.
I would definitely recommend Superette to my mates. They do have good stuff, but don't expect a friendly or high professional service. Not worth it to waist your energy and good mood.
