J. W.Staff are pretty helpful even to someone who doesn't really understand bolts etc. Please do note... do not use Google maps to get here you will get lost and frustrated. Call and ask for directions.

Went in looking for some nuts and bolts that were missing from some furniture.
Had tried the hardware stores but they didn't sell the sizes that I needed.
I had emailed prior to visiting to find out if they stocked what I needed. Got a reply within the day 👍
I only needed a few pieces of hardware and was worried I would have to pay up for whole boxes. Luckily, they happily went and got the exact number of each part that I needed. Price seemed very reasonable too.
