Had a great experience here last week. I was keen to get a pair of their new stretch cords. Unfortunately, there wasn't a pair in my size in the lovely new berry colour. Janette was amazing. She organized to have a pair delivered and they arrived at work the next day. Fabulous service, thanks Janette
