The staff member was really attentive so I’ll give it that. She was friendly and helpful. Just felt awkward. Everything was all over the place. The visual merchandising isn’t very accessible and the quality of the product doesn’t match the price. Fabrics felt really cheap. I just had to get out as soon as I could.

What a pleasant experience! I’m a chunky ol munky, and I often struggle to get the right sizes that look right on me. I also don’t really look forward to clothes shopping. That has all changed. This store is brilliant, the service was kind, bubbly & friendly without being overfamiliar. I’ve never felt so comfortable buying clothes. Clothes that look brilliant by the way. ( my wife told me so because Maxine took a photo that I sent to her so we could get approval 🤣) 10/10 will shop again. Kapai!

Outstanding service at Northlands. Great eye for what will look good for the right occasion. Not pushy and ultra helpful. Will definitely be back.
