A.Went into the store today (04.12.21)with my partner just after 11am and there was the most lovely girl on the floor. Didn't get her name but she had Strawberry blonde hair and she was so sweet and we had a good chat and really knew had to build conversations with customers. Just wanted to recognize her and her great energy in the store :)
L.I had purchased a faulty bag, Heather was brilliant at going through all the options with me. She got onto it straight away and a replacement was sent over from Australia quickly. I was very happy with the service and would definitely shop at North Beach again! Thanks Heather and team for being so helpful and friendly!! :)

t.Went in today to purchase a new Hoodie, was greeted by many staff members, although Sophie particularly stood out as she was bright, bubbly, and smiling. Talking to our two small children. Was good to see her go the extra mile to not only help but make our short shopping experience that much greater. Thanks.
A.I have unfortunately not purchased from North Beach but just browsed and I have liked what I seen so many variety clothing shoes skateboards you name it would be a good store to visit for someone looking for trendy gear
