The sale item I was after wasn't in store. Even though it was busy, the customer service representative still went the whole mile by looking online, ringing a store out of Christchurch, helping her colleague over the phone with description etc as they had problems locating it and then had it sent down to chch at a small fee. No obligation to purchase. Most impressed. Thank you Sassys Barrington.
