C.Love this place. It's the best save Mart in my opinion as it has a wider range of plus size clothes. Prices seem more reasonable here and the staff are so lovely when I go in
S.This savemart is bigger than the Cranford st store, more spacious and has a larger selection. Found some near New brand labels but needed time to sort through each section as similar clothes in different sections. Lots of shoes 🙂

R.Gr8 buys, if I need 2 buy quality clothing I have over the years found gems 4 me & others in my family. It's a place where one still get surprises when discovering piece of clothing that's a gem that is really good quality & unique 2 wat one is looking 4 shopping retro or contemporary Its my go 2 first 🙂
M.Huge space with plenty of clothes, depends on what you're looking for. Well sorted clothes, easy to find different pieces. Really friendly staff and service!

h.I have always loved savemart but when I visited the other day I felt some of the clothes were very over priced, especially for something that could be purchased for a similar price brand new. I came looking for a costume for a dress up party so looked in the "fancy dress" section.. I noticed that there were a mixture of cultural clothing in this section which is quite culturally insensitive as traditional Indian clothing shouldn't be in the fancy dress section. Possibly creating a cultural section for these items would be more appropriate. The staff at savemart are friendly and there is a decent variety of items.
R.The place has heaps of stock but really would benefit from lowering there prices, its just not a competitive price compared to most op shops anymore. Its better to give people a fair deal and sell more than sell nothing at all
K.Great selection of clothing, the battersea street save mart has by far the best clothing compared to the other stores, although some items are highly overpriced ! Found a pair of second hand worn shoes for 69 dollars
M.Be careful and know your prices. You may be able to get new clothes at Kmart or similar shops for the same price or slightly higher
A.The employees are always super nice and welcoming, they have simple requests to prevent theft and all their clothing is decent quality. The store is well layed out, though I wish they had more changing rooms for when its busy :)
K.SaveMart's are never going to match normal clothing stores for shopping experience. Having said that, we found this store to be well organised, well priced, with plenty of variety and with helpful staff. If you're looking for decent prices and a bit more choice than a normal clothing store, you'll be well served here.
Z.Sometimes not great, sometimes you get an excellent find. No toilets, dodgy changing room doors. One time I lost a tag on a dress, originally $7 but when I said I wanted to buy it they changed the price to $14

A.Great place for a massive amount of second hand clothing, plus a few other random bits 'n pieces - bedding, a few toys, books, book bags. I always stop to check what they've got for kids shoes and have picked up barely used kids hiking boots or water shoes for less than $5. Sometimes it can be hard to find what you're hunting for given the enormous range.
M.Huge collection of men's and women's clothes, by colour and type of clothes. I don't have kids, so don't know about that. To find your own size takes a long time because it's all mixed. Some clothes are still high-priced. There's a section with books, bags and scarfs too. Staff is friendly. There are no toilets here, so after a long time of browsing you need to go elsewhere. I prefer an opshop where I immediately can find my size.
k.Of all the save marts I like this one. They have a good range of clothes. They also have a decent heater inside as it can get pretty chilly in there. The only down side of save mart is I find their clothing expensive for a second hand shop other than that I will still shop there
L.This opshop seems to have a lot more children's and baby clothes compared to the Hornby chain. Huge selection from formal dresses to maternity wear to the old wooly jumper.
B.Spacious and well organised and nothing smelly. I like the way clothing is in colours. Some ordinary clothing is overpriced - you could buy new for the same. Staff were very nice.

k.These ladies were simply amazing after the tornado ripped a hole in the roof yesterday they were calm, helpful, did everything by the book and got medical attention pronto. Well done ladies huge pat on the back to you all.
R.I really love this shop good prices, really nice cloths clean. This shop is so easy to shop in everything is sorted for you sport wear, size as well. Go and enjoy yourself... Happy shopping
H.I have been to all 3 Savemarts in Christchurch and this is my favourite. Some reviewers have noted that the prices are a bit high for second hand and I thought that at first too but I actually just think that the people pricing items know their labels and price accordingly. It was pretty light on handbags anc accessories but I had no trouble finding a dress, scarf and shoes, all good quality, for under NZD40.
H.Huge Warehouse style shop, cloths are well organized and not too cramped, but the changing rooms are too small and the doors don't close properly. They close at 4pm, but are open over the weekends.
G.Ignoring the drab exterior and lack of pleasant ambience inside, there is a very impressive range of women's clothing. Was easy to find the perfect outfit.
M.No baskets or trolleys available. Probably because of covid. Very friendly staff and great selection of clothes etc.
B.It was nice to have free parking within chch city, lots of varied clothes inside :)
K.I think its the biggest second hand store in chch, heaps of clothes, shoes and some linen and households items. great for finding fancy dress costumes

M.This is one of my favourite SaveMarts to shop for skirts or clothes on trend. Prices are reasonable the staff is usually friendly.
