I Will never go anywhere else after my visit there on 24 Dec . Fantastic service and the ladies are really knowledgeable about their merchandise.

Thank you so much to the lovely ladies on shift at the Fitting Room Colombo Street today. You just made my day!! I went in the shop with my 6 month old baby girl to check out some swimwear. Hoping to find something I would feel comfortable in with my new body... I was greeted and assisted immediately in the most welcoming and warm way. Chairs were moved so my pram would fit inside the change room. And when my little one got upset despite a feed (in the change room!) the lovely girls looked after her and managed to make her smile from ear to ear. I easily got to try a dozen suits without ever leaving the cubicle and finally left the shop with a happy baby and a swimsuit I LOVE. Handmade from recycled and sustainable nylon.. Oh and there is free easy car parking at the back which is just so good when shopping with a wee one. 💖

Staff are amazing. You are always going to walk away happy with perfect fitting garments they sell absolutely stunning lingerie and are so helpful. Highly recommend. Best customer service in chch for lingerie

This guy's are amazing if I could give them 10 stars I would. Walked in with my teenage daughter and the lovely Emma listened to our needs and found not one but 8 pretty bras that actually fit my daughter wow our usual bra shopping experience is one of disappointment, expense and tears not to mention low self body imagine but NOT at THE FITTING ROOM I left with a happy daughter who actually had fun and enjoyed the experience of bra shopping left with beautiful items of many pretty colour not just the boring black and nude. BRILLIANT SERVICE THANK YOU THANK YOU we will be back.

The Fitting Room is my favourite place to go for Bras. They stock a great range that mean if you are larger in the bust you don't have to stick to beige or black with the obligatory mini bow, you can feel pretty too! I have been fitted by Deborah and Christy who are both incredibly lovely. Christy seemed to be able to read my mind as to what I wanted and because of her great choices I couldn't choose and left with three great bras. Will definitely be back when I need more.
