Kirstie was the most helpful person today, made me feel welcome and important! Above and beyond chick! Thank you for making my first YD experience a great one. After you phoning Riccarton to check they had my size and item, I arrived there to be greeted by a not so helpful guy, who was more interested in his phone than on me, the only person in the shop, then once I had my full kit on, I asked for his advice, he shrugged his shoulders, he didn't know weather it looked good on me or not. I will never go to Riccarton again! And Kirstie, I can not wait to come back and be served by you in your shop 😊
