D.I had a brilliant experience when Caitlyn served me in the Dunedin shop a week ago. She had a great knowledge of stock and was able to source what I was asking for. Caitlyn was busy at the time, but managed very well to serve multiple people at once. It was great to see such great service provided by young people in your shop. Thank you Caitlyn for your help.
