J.There are a lot of quality clothes for both adults and children, winter and summer, good prices, good service!
S.As long as you don't expect customer service the shopping experience would have been perfect.
I'm sure whatever was happening at the front counter was really important, when I was the only customer in store.
M.Kathmandu stocks some reasonably good quality gear and if you can catch a clearance sale, you'll find many good steals in there. The shop is large and has a wide range of clothing, as well as travel accessories, camping equipment and other essential outdoor needs. There's quite a few change rooms, I've never had to queue for one. The staff in the sho have always been great and polite, have had no bad dealings or bad vibes ever! Just smiles and good assistance. One down side would be the parking in the area, you'll probably have to pay, and you'd probably be best to use the carpark building just south of the store on Great King St.

T.Friendly service. I bought a picnic table. The legs can be made lower to coffee table height. They also fold away similar to a card table. Wonderful as an extra surface when friends and family visit.
A.Any query you have, regardless of topic, one of the staff knows exactly what you want and need. The down side to this place having such good staff, you run the risk of swapping camping and hiking stories. Which isnt good if you're already late. 🤣🤣.

r.Love the place but on this occasion I left very disappointed, I tried to replace a short sleeves poly for a L/S poly but because it was purchased by my boss and they confirmed he purchased 30 odd they could not find this item still boxed and not touched, very disappointed but will not put me off going there, the young lady did all she could but exchange it.
