D.Get service from Jonty, extremely helpful and honest bloke, would definitely recommend coming here if you’re not sure what Levi’s you are after as he seems like he knows Levi’s range remarkably. Unfortunately no men’s “stay loose” in store, great anyway. PS give Jonty a raise ahaha seems all these reviews are giving him high praise!
N.10/10 customer service from Jonty today. This employee made my partner and I feel very welcome in the store and was very good with styling advice. He picked out a whole outfit straight away which he said would look good and we were not disappointed. We proceeded to buy the clothes picked out by Jonty. He was very willing to help and was very friendly. He made our experience one to remember and you can be sure we will shop there again!! Only criticism is that there are no payment options in store such as Afterpay or Laybuy. You should definitely consider making these available to ensure your brand is available to all people.
C.5+ stars for Jonty, this young man definitely knows and loves the products he is selling. He has a great sense of styling and for my son who rarely wears jeans, Jonty nailed it on the first pick for him. He is friendly, approachable and customer centric. I hope this employee receives recognition for the valuable relationships he builds with consumers, who will no doubt become loyal to the brand.

C.I can't wait to buy here. all the guys who attend are friendly and charming. Very good value for money with clothes. I even went back to change the size of a pants and I had no problem. I recommend that you enter this place and take something of excellent quality.

S.Had an awesome experience here today! The lovely sales assistant Taylor was super helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and was very good at determining sizing and which cut/fit of jeans to purchase!! Made shopping for jeans less stressful than it normally is!
J.Went down the hill for a day! Learnt how to Google review, wouldn't recommend my advice but I'd stand in line for this! . Not sure if Cat/Catherine maybe Catrina possibly it started with a K :) & Jonathan's experience with the pay wave machine thingy made the sale, they have the time its all I can say. There's a few places but no place's really to get a pair that last from a team who know what they are selling. Easy really just put a pair on your man, appreciate the sale not the discount ;)

A.Went here today with a friend who really recommended this shop and it did not disappoint. The guy serving us (Jonty) heard what I wanted and then picked out exactly what I had in mind and proceeded to get me the exact perfect size. I later found out that it was actually his day off and he was just popping in. What a legend and the shop was tidy and the vibe was excellent.

R.Ordered a pair of men’s Levi’s from the Dunedin store which arrived very promptly. However my husbands grown a bit so had to return for a larger size. The service I received was one of the best I’ve encountered for a long time so would thoroughly recommend to all.
