J.I cannot recommend this store and staff more. I went into this store to shop twice over a three day period. Jimmy and his manager were amazing. The service was top notch every time I visited the store and nothing was ever a problem. There were a few Items I wanted that they didn't have in stock and this was not a problem. They went above and beyond to help me get these products by calling other stores. Retail is not an easy job with the diverse needs of clients but the service never changed. Great work Team you honestly rock and I will recommend your service and store to many. Thanks so much will defiantly be back again
I.Excellent, attentive and personalised service from Holly! She went out of her way to recommend the right shoes for the job and got the right size put on hold for me when they didn't have it in stock. Friendly and positive attitude, well done.
L.We visited the store today and received world class service by Simon. He helped us order the right size waterproof paints from other store which was apparently last one in the country. The shop was about to close but he was very patient in helping us select the right hiking shoes. His advices were very professional and appreciated. It was a very pleasant shopping experience, thanks to Simon!

Awesome product range.
Pricing can be ok on sale, but I find Kathmandu to be quite pricey and more expensive overall than some of their competition.
I have bought or had been given a number of items from here over the years.
The downside with Kathmandu I have found is a number of their clothing items seem to be of very shoddy manufacture.
I have now had several items including an expensive jacket literally start falling apart in less than a year of casual use. Not having kept the receipt I was unable to return it or certainly would have done so.
C.I love the jackets, super warm and lightweight. I will always shop there and being a member makes a big difference. The staff are very friendly

S.Excellent staff and wide range of items. Keep an eye out for sales as you might just grab a bargain on something you have always wanted. I managed to get a duck down jacket $230 off the original price. So keep an eye out!

C.Got not quite everything I needed for winter Fleece track pants material seems soft & floppy after few washes it will be baggy. What happened to this fabric it use to be firm & very warm.

u.Still don't have 3x quick dry shirts. Some of us go to warmer climes during winter and don't need puffer jackets or climbing boots.
